 + -1 moreContacted us yesterday after reading our review on Angies list. Finally called us & sent an email with an estimate. The estimate is twice as high as the other two companies we interviewed. Had the nerve to say he sent an earlier email on Sept 23rd that we never received. Maybe they should follow up with phone calls & not only rely on "emails". They should also look at their pricing. The estimate mentioned twice how they would remove our carpet but re-tack it after the work is completed. Funny but we don't have any carpeting in the house!! Is this estimate ours then??
