DO NOT HIRE ED KELLY or RESULTS FITNESS!!!!!!
Description of Work: Moved treadmill from living room to bedroom while gone on business. Never reassembled treadmill because he would order motor for treadmill. NordicTrack X7I Treadmill is still in pieces we have no motor, wires are cut on wire harness. He will not answer phone calls or come back. DO NOT HIRE ED KELLY or RESULTS FITNESS!!!!!!

There's always One Bad Apple in the bunch! The customer was serviced properly. We're still in business over 3 years later hundreds of residential customer service was not one complaint. This customer thought his motor should have been under warranty and when it wasn't you refuse to pay the additional cost for the parts which were $300 he went online and complained.
