Description of Work: Wanted a quote on an extensive kitchen remodel. We scheduled a time to meet and he asked me to send him a text the day before to remind him. I found that odd and unprofessional, but I complied. And he still didn't show for the meeting! When I Called to see where he was, I woke him up (4:00 in the afternoon)! He acted like he would come right out, but I declined.

 + -1 moreThe Owner Marc does not do what he agrees on. He does not cleanup daily as promised. He went three weeks over time he promised to finished. My two sons suffered from all the dirt and dust daily. He abandoned the job without finishing. We had to hire Certified Inspectors after the job was finished by us. The quality of his work is poor. Things turned up missing from our sons room. We had to make a police report. He has to be one of the rudest people we have ever met. We are in the process of consulting a lawyer for a Civil Law Suit. Beware of Remodeling Sarasota and Marc Niski. This is our opinion

Description of Work: installed wood floor. did not smooth out the concrete underneath so there are bumps in the wood. left adhesive all over the wood. asked for more money when job was complete and we wound up in court. dishonest company and dishonest owner. poor quality of workmanship.
