Response from REMBRANDT SURFACE SYSTEMS
I spoke to Member when he called the office about his estimate appointment. He is correct that his appointment had been forgotten and I highly apologized. I then made a call, found out the reason for the oversight and called him right back. All of our crews were out of town on a large project and would not be back in until Monday. I called Member immediately, apologized again. I offered to give him the first appointment on Monday morning. He stated that he did not want that appointment, but wanted it either that day or Friday. Since we did not have anyone in town to accommodate his needs, I did then suggest that maybe another company would be able to get to him sooner. I also told him that if he decided that he wanted the early Monday morning appointment (or any other day), I would be sure to fit him in at his convenience. Once again, we apologize for this oversight. (mistake) However, I do feel that we did everything in our power to fix the problem, including offering to work within Member's schedule.
