 + -1 moreMark Shelby who owns RainWorx installed an irrigation pump in 2021 at 50' in a 90' well which resulted in the pump burning up during the dry season in 2023. He told us it had a 1 year warranty but when I called the manufacturer it had a 3 year warranty. After replacing the pump in January 2023 he again installed it at 50' in a 90' well. once again in April 2023 the pump burned up due to the water table dropping during the dry season to 45' which was below the 50' pump. He removed the pump and told us the well dried up. After seeking the help of a professional well service they installed a pump at 80' where it should have been from the beginning and it works perfect. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

 + -1 moreThere are not enough stars to give Mark of RainWorx. He did a tremendous job on several different projects. He showed up promptly when he said he would. He is extremely knowledgeable about irrigation systems, plants, and weeds. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I shopped around and he was half the price one estimate.

 + -1 moreExcellently! I had to leave for an appointment before the work was completed and Mark closed my garage door as promised. He has a wonderful work ethic and is trustworthy.
Description of Work: My sprinkler heads were broken and I wanted all the sprinkler heads checked. I called two other companies listed on Angie's List, in addition to this one. This company was the only company who returned my call! Mark scheduled the service call, came as promised, and he and his associate did excellent work. His price was very reasonable. Most importantly, unlike the other two highly rated companies on Angie's List, he did call me back within 24 hours and scheduled a service time and date. I'm highly recommend him and his company. I had this same problem with finding a paver repair company,

 + -1 moreMark Shelby and his daughter came out and spent about 2 hours going through my property locating, cleaning or repairing, and positioning every sprinkler they located --many I had no idea existed because they had been buried for years. He knew the water restrictions for my area of the county and set my timer up accordingly. I will definitely have him back again to go over my system and repair or reset my units each year. Mark is extremely prompt, professional and courteous. He completed the job and answered all of my questions. He is not only very knowledgeable about irrigation systems, but also knows his stuff when it comes to which types of plants need more water than others. He pointed out several invasive species and has helped me understand how to better care for my landscape.
Description of Work: Irrigation service and repair; repaired wiring for pump & zones 1 & 2; replaced two rotors & three spray nozzles; cleared heads; adjusted nozzles and rotors; adjusted controller.
