Queen of Clean

Description of Work: Initial house cleaning was supposed to be a "deep cleaning" and would cost $350. She explained what a deep cleaning was and included fans, mirrors, window blinds, artificial plants, as well as the usual cleaning areas. I have included my e-mail response to her. I have had no further contact from her regarding a partial refund or any attempt to make it right. Sherrie, I'm surprised that you have contacted us regarding scheduled service. Your "deep cleaning" was not what you promised at all. I was surprised when you left after 4-1/2 hours but after going through the house I can see why. Ceiling fans weren't done as promised, artificial plants weren't dusted, even the top of the refrigerator was not dusted. The counter tops and shelves were cleaned around the knicknacks instead of under them, furniture cushions were not vacuumed, and much more. Even the mirrors were cleaned only in the middle and not to the edges. The service might have been worth $100 but you charged $350. Was this a bad day for you or is this an example of your work? You told us that you previously had a complaint but that it was bull. Is that what you think of our comments also? I really think we should get a partial refund.
