About us

Prospec Home Solutions is a small business based in Sarasota Florida. No Subs. We do sub-contracting for a small number of contractors in the area. We accept major credit cards, paypal, cash and checks as terms of payment. For our handyman side of things we charge a 3 hour call out fee minimum which is $120 for 3 hours of handyman work (labor only) any additional work after that is charged at $30 per hour. Or if the job is more than a days work we will write out a quote for the home owner. We offer home remodeling services and home maintenance packages to meet every customer's needs. If you require any work done at you home or on your investment property, no matter what it is, we can help. Whether it's a complete remodel, an addition to your home, maintenance on a rental, or even a small repair, we can offer you a solution that meets your needs. No job is too big or too small, and we are only a phone call away. ProSpec Home Solutions is fully insured and our skilled tradesmen will arrive at your home and work in a professional and respectful manner. We are a family-based company, have been in Florida for four years, and our staff is very experienced in all aspects of home repair, remodeling, maintenance and new construction. Our customers always come first. We listen to your needs and ideas and always offer you our expert opinion. We will provide you a free written estimate and make sure that whatever your home project is, we will provide you with the solution that ensures that it is done on time and on budget.

Matt was very thorough, knowledgeable, communicated with us on every aspect of what was required, what his findings Were and supplied photographs to support everything that he said. He answered all my questions and concerns. Very polite and respectful. He showed up on time and made himself available to us no matter what day or time to answer any of our questions.
