It went very well. Chuck met us on a Sunday to give us an estimate which was greatly appreciated. Everything was agreed upon and booked and these folks came out and completed the job right on time and the work was very well done :) We will definitely use their services again in the future :)

It was excellent. They were on time, very professional, and strict with their work. We ranged some plumbing, removed hot water heater, and some weight lines out of the garage that we were trying to get our water heater out of the garage.

They cleared the system and advised me to use root kill. I was informed that it would be about 5000.00-7000.00 to fix pipes which I will have to do if this becomes a problem.

They had a small army in my yard to get the job done in the rushed timeframe I requested. They were amazing! I recommend them with extreme confidence!

I use them all the time. They are consistent. They are responsive. They are professional. Everything is done right. They also provide a yearly check for your home. If anything is progressing the wrong way they will notify you. You don’t have to go through with the suggestions, but it’s nice to be aware. I feel safe and secure having them back me.

I am extremely upset, the person who rents my house hired this plumber for a job a 5th grader can do and I was charged 1.5 hours of labor to do a mediocre job with cheap flaps for an expensive toilet and am baffled by how a professional plumber needs 90 minutes to something my wife and I did on another of our properties for next to nothing by ourselves on 3 toilets as well and it took us about 15 minutes total and cost $12.50. I was never consulted for the price as the owner of the home and the job was not done in a punctual fashion, but was done later than expected and again without any permission from myself, this is the same company that overcharged me to do a simple pipe repair, however that was a more complex job that was emergent and though I felt like I slightly overpaid this is severe unprofessionalism and a complete gouging. I will not use this contractor again nor allow them ina ny of my properties if this is how they treat repeat customers.

On time - worked hard - pleasant - tidy - entirely professional. Plumbing completed in 2 days. Drywall completed on 3rd day.

I was very pleased overall with the whole process of working with Professional Plumbing and would definitely use them again.

I called them first thing when they opened on a Friday (the Friday before Christmas). Explained that my shower would not completely turn off. The gentlemen that I spoke with seemed to know what the problem was and stated that the repairman should have the equipment on his truck to fix it. I requested an afternoon appointment. He indicated that the have an afternoon window from 2 - 4. They showed up shortly before 2:00pm. The problem was as he thought. He had it repaired and was gone within 45 minutes. He was very polite and professional. I do think the charge was a little steep for such a minor repair, but I liked their timelyness and professionalism. The charge was $240 minus the $20 coupon for a total of $220. This charge included a $50 fee just to show up at my door.

Called with Bad Water Heater after Noon and they had a new water heater with Heat recovery by 5:00 PM.

This work was done at my mothers house. She had to go to an assisted living facility and now I am trying to bring the house into this century by fixing and upgrading things that have'nt been touched in 50 years or more. This plumbing job was a lot of work and I am so happy I called Professional plumbing to do the work. The main guy on the job was Jeff Crisp and he really knows his sh_t. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable. When there was a problem with the shower faucet installation, because they built the shower walls thicker back then and the faucet set I bought, the pipes for the knobs would not be long enough, Jeff had another option and fixed it right up. Whew. There were two other guys that helped out, Tony and Ramone, and they were also kind and courteous. So now everything is clean and shiny and sparkly and beautiful!! The sinks drain so nicely and the toilets flush really fast. I am very pleased. It is also important to me to include this in my report. Jeff Crisp's sister has been through a major ordeal with breast cancer. After the surgery(s), they gave her 5 years to live and she has thus far beaten the odds by 2-3 years. For those of you out there that believe in the power of prayer, like myself, send one out to her for her continued recovery. I regret that I didn't get her name but I'm sure HE will know who you mean. Thanks, Dianne.

They were very good. The prices were competitive. They replaced the plumbing. Their instillation was very good as well. They also offer any other plumbing needs within the next 30 days you receive $20 off your next visit. They went above and beyond. They had three different options and I took the deluxe model and I have never had a problem with it since.

Our bathroom, utility room washer, and kitchen sink drains were all backing up. We had no clue about how to access our under the floor plumbing drains. Professional came out within hours and fixed the leak from one of the roof vents. We were only two years in our house and so we asked many questions. The visit included a full inspection and a mapping of our pipes, plus a whole lot of recommendations for keeping them clean. Seems we had used our kitchen disposal to get rid of a bowl of old rice-not a good idea. As it was explained, our kitchen drain joined the same drain as the others which had backed up and it took a really long snake to reach it and break up the clog. We were also shown where there was sewer drain access outside of the house. It was nowhere that I expected. Overall we got our drains unclogged and were given a short but effective course in our house's drain system as well as a lot of tips to keep it working well. It was well worth it. We liked their service so much that we join their "ProClub" annually. As a result, when we were in the middle of having a roof installed and a water leak issue in the attic came up, they came within an hour and serviced the problem, thereby allowing the roofers to continue.

THEY CAME TO DO THE REPAIRS ON TIME. THE WORKMAN WAS VERY NICE, RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. HE GAVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE DISCUSSED ADDITIONAL FUTURE PROBLEMATIC REPAIRS AND GAVE ME THE TOTAL CHARGES TO LET ME DECIDE. THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS QUITE PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS. DUE TO MY HAVING LIMITED TIME FOR ANY ADDITIONAL WORK, I MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THEM TO RETURN NEXT WEEK AFTER THE HOLIUDAY WEEKEND TO HAVE PREVENTATIVE WORK DONE THROUGHOUT THE REST OF MY HOME WITHOUT PAYING THE $49 SERVICE FEE. I USED ANGIES LIST COUPON WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. VERY HAPPY. THANKS FOR YOUR RECOMMENDATION.

.Thankfully it turned out to be something minor. The guy was very nice. because I kept asking him questions about water softners and he took the time and showed me all the different models and answered all my questions without being pushy. I will use him again in the furture.

We had our hot water heater blow out on us at our home in Sarasota. Since we live out of state, I went to AngiesList to look for a reputable plumbing company. I found Professional Plumbing and was treated with respect from the minute I called until when the job was completed. They did a great job for a reasonable price in a timely manner. I would recommend them to other members, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

They have a plumber named Wayne that I ask for and he comes out. He knows the house. They are really good.
