GREAT! They came out the same day as I called to take a look at the problem (fortunately their was a guy in the area). They identified the issue and they were able to repair the leak in just a couple hours. The roofer was really friendly and easy to talk to. They did not charge an arm and a leg for the leak which I really appreciated. Its nice to have a local, family owned company that actually cares and is not trying to add on things that you don't really need. Straight up good people and they got my business from now on.

All went well. Uncovered additional problems after quote but I trust Eric enough. He was more concerned about doing a good job and getting it done correctly. Very professional and knowledgable. Great follow up and prompt communication. This is the second time I've used this company and would use them again in the future.

Pro Roofing diagnosed the issue as being very localized, went up and discovered the original installers had cemented a berm across the valleys. They removed the cement, filled in the 'bowl' with asphalt, reset the metal shield to move water off the roof and then went the extra mile to make the roof look like it was original and no evidence of repair had been done. Excellent job by Chris, the repair technician.

Pro Roofing did an outstanding job, on budget and on time. In fact, Eric Teallow, the owner, went out of his way to get right out to see the property the day after he was contacted for an estimate. I had the estimate the next day, and he offered a Veteran's discount of $250 without me asking, making his original bid of $9500 even more attractive. He had said it would be about 10 - 14 days, but a few days later he said they had a cancellation and were starting the job that morning, a full week earlier than planned! My roof looks gorgeous, and I couldnt be happier. When he came by to pick up the final payment, we mentioned to Eric that the truck delivering the shingles had broken a couple of pavers in the driveway. A few days later, AFTER he had already been paid in full, Eric stopped by with 3 bricks to replace the broken ones. That's what I call extraordinary customer service!

The job exceeded my expectations, work was completed ahead of schedule, cost was actually a little less than the estimate(A nice surprise, especially for my mother) and everything was cleaned up and promptly removed from the property. I highly reccommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again myself.

Kept to estimate,. started when said they would. Follow up by office staff as working. Done when expected. The only issue was leftover nails in the grass and my lawn guy got nails in tires,. They came out twice with the magnet. Then three weeks later another nail, so they came out right away with I guess a bigger/stronger magnet and found some more nails. I would suggest extra care at the end of the job to get those nails. Very pleased with their professionalism and did not leave me in the lurch as is not uncommon in Florida.

what a pleasant experience. Eric and his team were top notch in their efforts to make this repair carefree and hassle free. Roof looks great and repairs were done to craftsmanship quality.

Very efficient from removal to complete installation. Never a mess in the yard and everything was cleaned up daily.

I think the price was high but the insurance covered it. The workmanship was good but they didn't clean up well. They took forever. The cleanup was awful.
