Pro Plumbing provided excellent professional service and a good value. I have used them for three different projects and would highly recommend them.

Pro-Plumbing Works, LLC has twice come to our rescue! Once at home and once at our wellness center. We highly recommend them!

They quoted me $225 for a shower faucet cartridge replacement. The plumber fixed it in 25 min and e-mailed me a bill for $415. I stood up for myself and got the price quoted, otherwise they would have just bent me over. Don’t trust this company financially. Their competitors quoted $225 -$250.

Had to chase them a bit to get started but, once they did, the work was quickly and professionally completed. The city had to be called to located their stop valve, and Pro-Plumbing was very cooperative.

The repairman showed up late, wearing a mask from a horror movie and a worn out tee shirt with holes in it. I should have sent him away but the water heater was already leaking. In trying to repair the shower, which was also part of the call, he managed to break the hand shower fixture and could not fix it. We will have to buy a new one. He had brought a new water heater with him and didn't even look at the old one before trying to get us to buy the new one at a really high price. When we said no he offered a lower price and we still said no. On his way out he offered us what seemed like a reasonable price and we accepted. After he left I looked at the electrical conduit that was hanging in a awkward position and when I touched it, it turned out not to be firmly attached to the water heater. This is the worst experience we have ever had from someone on Angie's List. We have used the list for years with good results but never again for this company.

Very professional from first phone call. Informed us when they were on the way and always on time. Neat, pleasant, and fast. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing problems.

I call in the morning, they sent a serviceman same afternoon. He called 20 min before arrival. started working right away. Took about 1 hour had it all done as I already had the tank drained. He was very efficient and he cleaned up afterwards. Answered any questions I had. Price same as quoted. I would hire them again. Just a note- the heaters the pro can buy are not the same as you can get at a big box store. This one is from the professional series. Lots of differences.

This was a classic bait & switch scheme. This provider tried to sell me nearly $1,000 of unnecessary plumbing work. I was told I couldn’t get their “discounted” price if I chose individual line items from the large laundry list they compiled. I was also told the “discount” would not be available unless I decided to have all the work done before the end of week.

They were professional, courteous, and did good quality work

Don't know - the emergency was 4 days ago and is fixed by someone else who actually called me back the day I needed service. Angie's List is the worst.

Wow, Angie's list really hit a home run with this plumbing contractor! Super service, from the first call to the final install, even in the rain and during the holidays. I'll be using Chuck and his team for all my future plumbing needs.
