Description of Work: I had a 40 gallon electric water tank installed and was pleased with the install. however, the installer (Chuck) commented that he had to use 2 new turn on/turn off valves and I wasn't opposed to paying him for the new valves, but I was a little put out that the price he charged me was outrageously high...$25.00!
