Chuck and Victor are both meticulous, detailed-oriented, and get the job done. Chuck is everything you want in a plumber. He is highly reliable, a true gentleman, and an excellent plumber.

The company was very responsive and scheduled the repair the same day. Victor came out right on time and called to let me know he was on his way. Victor is a very experienced plumber. He was very polite, professional and was careful to clean up when he was done. He even wore booties when inside the house and took them off when he had to go out to the truck for parts. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

We had a new water heater installed and Victor was remarkable. What a professional, smart and pleasant man ? he even did more projects than originally scoped for. Chuck was excellent at phone calling and scheduling. Would highly recommend.

I must mention first this company was very responsive & accomodating. I had a vanity bath fixture which the supply lines were leaking. Victor, the plumber, came out the same day. He's a pro & worked quickly too. The job went very well and Chuck, the owner, gave me a courtesy discount as an Angie member. I appreciated the favor. I would defindefinitely use this company again.

Estimate was $450.00 final cost $925.00. Double, kind a unreal.

Chuck is responsive to inquiries and dispute resolution. When I called on Thursday to schedule installation of a new kitchen faucet, he originally told me they could be here Saturday which was fine by me. On Friday morning, Chuck called and said they would be able to come out between 3:00 and 5:00 P.M. Friday. Victor called at 3:30 to say he was on the way. He arrived 45 minutes later, installed the new sink and repaired an issue in the bathroom. Victor was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

The problem was solved. The owner personally called me up and discussed their pricing structure. After we discussed the specifics, he issued a refund which therefore made the price a very fair price. I am a happy customer and would use them again. I recommend this company for their professionalism and integrity.

There was a bit of phone tag involved in connecting with Chuck, the owner, so that work was not scheduled until the 26th. Other than that, this firm lived up to its name - they were truly professional. The plumber assigned (Victor) was very punctual, calling when on route. From the first greeting, it was obvious that this man knew what he was doing, and he took the time to explain what he was doing. I had already noted that the feed line valve was impossible for me to close, and Victor explained that it was not uncommon in older Florida homes that the valves might become 'frozen' and would require replacement, and doing so would incur an additional charge (quoted in advance as $75). The job took roughly an hour, and Victor handled everything. He was careful to remove the old toilet, which he carted away. Then he mounted the commode on the flange (new seal installed), assembled the flush and fill mechanisms, and mounted the tank. He then tested the flush a number of time until he was convinced it was functioning properly, with no leaks. Following his clean-up of the area, which he was very detailed about, Victor took time to assess some kitchen plumbing projects we have been considering. He explained how he would do the work, took photos of the kitchen for Chuck to review, so that Chuck could provide a more detailed estimate of what it would cost. Once that estimate is received, we will probably use Pro Plumbing Works, LLC again, and have already recommended them to others. Truly an excellent experience!

Provider was very professional and cleaned out the calcium build up on the toilet. As it turns out the mechanism was not the problem, as the toilet is just old and has calcium build up.

He was prompt, called 30 minutes before he arrived, was very personable and explained everything he was doing, gave me an estimate for additional work that needed to be done, showed me all the work when he was finished, and it all took about an hour. I am very pleased!

I found Pro-Plumbing by searching reviews on Angie's list. Pro-Plumbing had a flawless record and was nearby my home. I initially contacted Chuck at Pro-plumbing to give me an estimate to replace a hot water tank on my solar hot water system. Chuck arrived on time and inspected the hot water tank. Chuck advised me that he could perform the plumbing work OK, but felt that I would be better served if I had a solar heating company do the replacement. He recommended a local solar company that happened to be the same one that installed the system. I followed his recommendations and was happy with the results. While Chuck was finishing up our discussions I asked him about snaking out the drain in the laundry. He gave me a good price and he had his helper on-site in 15 minutes with the needed equipment. Good price and instant service! What more could I ask.

The response was quick. He arrived at the time arranged. No issues with the performance. Would recommend again.

Bought $49 Special service call. No parts were used to unblock disposal Was charged additional $125 with $25 discount which amounted to add'l $100 Total $149. Had I been told $149 up front It would not have bothered me becsuse the service was terrific The way it was done felt like dishonest advertising

Victor was extremely hardworking, quick and efficient. You could tell he has done this a long time, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful as far as giving advice on potential future issues. We had a very good experience and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I called and spoke with Chuck, the owner of the company, and asked him if the special coupon for the faucet included all the costs, and he assured me that it did. I purchased the coupon and called him back that afternoon to schedule an appointment. I told him the faucet was leaking badly so he scheduled me for the next day (Saturday) between 9 and 11 AM. The plumber, I Forgot his name, called me at 9AM and said he'd be here in 15 or 20 minutes. He showed up on time and introduced himself and said it would only take about 20 minutes. He got right to work and finished in 20 minutes. He had the bill ready and I gave him my coupon and he said the coupon paid for the entire job. What a bargain!!! It was a pleasure to do business with a company that did exactly what they said they would do. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs and I will definitely will call them again when I need a plumber. GREAT JOB, GUYS!!!

I was able to schedule the service for the next day, which was great. On the day of the service, I got a call from Victor, the technician, who said he was running early, which worked very well for me. Victor was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out what was wrong with the shower and fixed it. In fact, he went above and beyond in performing his service. I am very happy with the outcome! Thank you!

I was contacted within a day of purchasing a discount coupon and Pro-Plumbing sent someone out the same day they called. A very professional and friendly plumber was at my door at the appointed time, I gave him the details of what I wanted done and he immediately went to work. It didn't take him long to pinpoint where the water leak was coming from and he put in a new replacement cartridge in my faucet and fixed the leak. Then he put in my new shower head and hose which I had purchased before and as he was working he explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions. I was very impressed with his finished work and trusted his knowledge and ability in the way he went about the jobs. I have hired other companies in the past to do other issues and there is no comparison. There is no question I would hire Pro-Plumbing again for future jobs. Thanks Angie!

There was no significant improvement after the first visit. However, they offered to try again at no charge and re-did the power snake, and this time there was significant improvement.

I called about 2pm - answered by owner. He was able to schedule me the next day, as they were on the way to another job. The workman called 15min before arrival - 10:15am -- pretty quick response ! He saw the problem and started working on it as the owner had already quoted me a price over the phone for the main valve issue. I added the other two replacements on the spot when I saw how the work was going - good!. I would definitely recommend these guys - Victor was good and efficient - knew what he was doing and got the job done will no wasted time.

I have an old water heater and connections needed to be modified. I was comfortable with the additional work that needed to be done and my hot water heater is great.

We love our toilet. We probably will get another one!

It went fine. He was very nice and pointed out it was a less expensive Moen and rcommended we replace it with one with more quality when we were ready.

I just bought a house built in 1960 and needed a plumber to fix some leaks with the washer and dryer, and the bathroom faucet. New to the neighborhood, I checked Angie's List and chose Pro-Plumbing due to good reviews and repeat customers. I talked with the owner, Chuck yesterday and he sent Victor out this morning, with a call prior to let me know he was on his way. Victor changed out and installed new washing machine valves. And when he checked the bathroom faucet, he noticed a leak under the sink as well which I had not seen and replaced the bathroom faucet and installed and repaired the plumbing under the sink. As I had not previously bought a bathroom faucet set, Victor visited the nearby plumbing store and called me to confirm the faucet at the store would be all right with me, purchased it and began installing. Unfortunately, the new set was broken, at which time he drove to the store, exchanged it, and returned to install. Additionally, he checked the water heater for me, which I had been unable to determine why it wasn't working. It was brand new and I had checked all the switches on the circuit breaker box. The lever was in the on position. So why didn't it work?! Lo and behold, I had forgotten that this house has five (5) circuit breaker boxes! And of course, I had forgotten to check one of them... naturally, that was the one with the switch that was off! Victor caught it right away. So now, we can actually take hot showers! No more cold ones :) [ Of course, why would someone have lived here all this time and not labeled the switches? ! ] All in all, between repairs and driving back and forth twice to the plumbing store, Victor spent over 4 hours. I am very pleased with his professionalism, speed, and explanation of all that he was doing and will use Pro-Plumbing again, just hopefully not too soon.
