We are a third generation family run business that has its roots in Milwaukee, WI. Our grandfather, Leonard Russo, started the family trade during the Great Depression in 1939. Description of Work: They repiped my entire house, dug up and replaced the sewer lines throughout the house and all the way out to the street, repiped the entire house in the attic, created new outlets, gutted and entirely replaced both bathrooms, including tile shower enclosure, both toilets and vanities, and ensured that the glass shower doors were hung properly. It was a major home repair but overall it went really well and I am extremely satisfied. Throughout the process Chuck from Pro Plumbing kept me informed on a DAILY basis of what was happening or not happening that day. The work they did was first rate. Their subcontractors also were very good, punctual, left the house in as good shape as it could be at the end of each work day. As with all projects there were some delays (mostly on the little stuff unrelated to the major job) but Chuck was consistently supportive and expected a high degree of skill and professionalism from all the people he worked with. I felt strongly it was very important to him that the entire job was done right and that he respected my house and my hard earned money. He was also available and responsive 7 days a week (which I now feel kind of guilty about!) for the many questions and concerns that go on with such a remodel. Also I think the price was extremely fair for the amount of work entailed in this project. They did it all really well and I would recommend Pro Plumbing to anyone. Plus, they are just also extremely nice people!

I was a little surprised of the rating you gave us, because I remember that we did an excellent job fixing your various plumbing issues & you were very happy with everything. In fact, you wanted me to come back and replace your washing machine valves at a later date. Also, the total of the bill was only $419.00, not $600.00. That included a $100 discount from an Angie's List special. Besides what work you mentioned we did, we also installed your kitchen sink faucet & 2 more valves for that sink at that same competitive price. 95% of our customers give us an A rating & that is because we treat them fair, honestly & with respect. If you would have communicated any concerns to me while I was there, I would have done whatever it took to make sure you had a great experience with our service. Since we warranty all of our work for 5 years, please let me know if there are any issues with the work we did.
