Plumber was punctual and very detailed in explanation of services. All items replaced and/or fixed are working great.

I called ProPlumbing in the AM and they agreed to come out same day. In between when I called and when they came out, Lowes installed a washer and flooded by condo from top to bottom. As a result the water to my entire condo was shut off. When ProPlumbing came, I asked if they could replace the valve and get the water back on then fix the shower issue. They didn't have time. I completely understood. I also understood that I would need to pay for the service call. All was good. Then the plumber had to call the "office" who told him he needed to look at the shower head - even though absolutely nothing could be done because my unit flooded and all the water was shut down. He literally "looked" at it for about 30 seconds and commented that it was old. He then said that would be an additional $100. Naturally I complained vehemently and he agreed to just charge the fee for the service call, but could not give the Angie's List discount because no other work was done. While he was here he also looked at, without my requesting, the plumbing under the sink. He laughed saying it was not installed properly and it's old. After he left I had another plumber come in who took care of the shower issue for $20 plus a service call and said the piping under the sink is old and not the latest-and-greatest, but there is nothing wrong with it unless it causes a problem.

They did a good job. We were pleased with their installation. The price was comparable so it was fine. The two others I checked out were comparable. They were very responsive. They came on time. We were very pleased with their professionalism and everything else.

Chuck and his team did a great job. They arrived on time, did the work perfectly, & were a pleasure to have in the house. They made the process of removal of the old water heater and installation of the new water heater easy and painless, and cleaned up after themselves. Their pricing was much better than other bids for the job. I am very happy with the results. This was my first time hiring them, and I will definitely hire them again for any kind of plumbing job I may need in the future.

Excellent work, on time and friendly. When I got my house replumbed by someone else, I was told he would have installed a better quality water heater for $ 300 less than Pro-Plumbers.

They charged much more than I thought it would be. I need to have the toilet replaced they want $775 to replace a toilet.

When my hot water heater stopped working, I checked reviews on Angie’s List for a new plumber and a different brand of heater. The reviews for Pro Plumber Works looked good so on Saturday morning I gave them a call. The owner, Charles Burns returned my call within the hour and quoted me a price on a new heater. It sounded like a good deal so I accepted his offer. He said that he would have to check on his source for availability on Monday, and could come out Monday or Tuesday. His installer, Victor arrived around 4 PM Monday afternoon and had the new heater installed within a couple of hours. Both Chuck and Victor were knowledgeable, personable and efficient. The equipment installed was exactly as described and for exactly the price quoted. My new hot water heater is a Rheem Professional Classic Plus, 50-gallon electric, with an additional Protector Plus anode. I was given a 12-year factory Warranty on the tank and parts. Chuck gave me his own 5-year Warranty on labor. The new hot water heater works perfectly and supplies plenty of hot water.

Professional service. Arrived later than scheduled appointment, but had the courtesy and professionalism to call and let me know they got tied up at prior appointment. Service tech was polite and professional. Additional $95 charge was assessed to replace a ball valve, but it was explained to my satisfaction. The technician scrambled to finish the job on time, and I am totally satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work. Would hire again.

His price was too high. I felt that they gave me a high price because they didn't want to come up to Venice where I lived which is only about I don't know 25 minutes away.
