Description of Work: We had a VERY difficult stopped drain due to a previous owners negligent use of the sewage system. The tech who showed up (Victor) did a magnificant job of finding and repairing the situation. I could not have imagined a better job! He was great and stuck to the job until it was complete!

Description of Work: Fixed a dripping toilet. They arrived on time. I had purchased a visit for $50 including $25 off on the repair. They then charged another $150 for a simple repair, which was $125 after the $25 credit. I think $175 is on the steep side for a repair taking 5 minutes, though parts were included in that price.

Description of Work: Did a great job replacing an outside spigot and the master shutoff valve. I knew it would be difficult because existing masonry issues left little clearance between valves and wall. He was able to carefully chip around the valves keeping the patch job to a minimum.
