We are a third generation family run business that has its roots in Milwaukee, WI. Our grandfather, Leonard Russo, started the family trade during the Great Depression in 1939. Very well, we got rid of the odor.
Description of Work: The initial installation of the master toilet was not done correctly. It was needed to take off the existing toilet and then refit it. There was an unpleasant odor in the toilet.

Dear "unknown", I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience and I was just wondering if you even have the right company. We don't have any record of a job that we didn't fix something on recently and I wasn't really able to look it up because you didn't leave your name or telephone number. I'm not even sure if you are an Angie's List member. Both of my techs have 20 years and 15 years of experience in plumbing and I don't think that they would have trouble finding a breaker. In fact, you as the homeowner should know where your breaker box is and I'm happy that they didn't work on anything without turning the power off first because I don't want them to get hurt on your property. That being said, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so if we charged you for something that we didn't fix we would be happy to refund your money.

I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with our service. My tech said you seemed very happy with the quality of our work & the professionalism we showed in fixing your plumbing problems. I reviewed the invoice & noted that we reduced our prices to rebuild your toilets by about 30% because we repaired 2, instead of 1. Then we gave you an additional 10% A.L. discount off your entire bill. Our pricing is very competitive & fair. That being said, if there is any way we could make it up to you in the future, we would love the opportunity. Thank you for your patronage.

Description of Work: Dishwasher leak while draining. I had previously had 2 plumbers come out to fix this problem, and it was never corrected properly. Pro Plumbing was able to finally fix it and my dishwasher and drain cycles work beautifully. No more leaks!

Description of Work: Angie's Deal of $200 plumbing work for $150 cost an additional $500 when plumber could not simply replace washers in shower but needed to replace whole valve assembly. Not really their fault but frustrating. Saved additional cost by repairing drywall myself (which company doesn't do).

Description of Work: What a wonderful professional company to work with! Victor just left and I am so pleased with his work . He was a perfectionist in completing the work. I appreciated that he looked over other areas that might need fixing and was honest in his appraisals. He installed 2 new toilets and a garbage disposal for us. Description of Work: Came to replace hose big. Did that quickly and a good job. While there we asked about our garbage disposal... He also did a nice job there. He frost quoted a higher price but when he called it in the price went down quite a bit for the Angie's list discount

Description of Work: Actually I missed the appointment by making a quick run to the store. When I returned he was gone already. My wife did meet him, he cleaned a drain that had bothered me for years. Always slow draining and clogged, I'd tried every over the counter product and cleaned the trap my self to no avail. It's Beenworking great since that service. I do not remember the exact date....
