Pro-Plumbing Works, LLC showed up to look at my issue and said he really couldn't be of much service. He was really not interested so I just got somebody else. I paid him and got zip.

Chuck was wonderful! I have been looking for a reliable plumber in Bradenton for several years and never seem to have much luck. Chuck takes pride in his work and is very honest and informative. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Good midwestern values! I will definitely be calling him for upcoming projects!

I had Pro Plumbing come to my house because I wanted to replace the wax seal on all my toilets. Chuck came on time, was courteous and work with great care of my house so not so damage anything. He was professional and did the job well. He works clean and takes the steps so not to transfer any dirt anywhere in the house. The price was right for a professional that I would recommend to anyone. Top Notch.

The great thing about chuck was haw he was so comfortable in expolaining things to a layman i do not know the different form a wrench or a hammer and he was able to helopp me understand everything he was doing each time he came out. There were a few time he could have esily up sold me items but explained that what I had was great for years to come and he would just take the part off polish it with his cloth and it looked good as new. His prices are great; the peace of mind i have with his work is worth much more than he charges.

I can say that Chuck lived up to the "pro" in Pro-Pluming. He was prompt and friendly and came out the same day I called, and it was Friday afternoon! If you are looking for a plumber in Sarasota, look no further. Offers many other services from inspection to installation.

I was charge a service fee. The web site stated they do not charge service fee. This service provider should recheck his website claim of no service fee.

Very accommodating - my tenant called late on Thursday to tell me that her hot water heater was leaking. It was older and I wasn't surprised. I called pro - Plumbing and they made time to do the hot water heater the very next day. I was very pleased at how quick, courteous and efficient he was. I would call him again for my plumbing needs

Chuck Burns (the owner/president of Pro Plumbing Works arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He listened attentively to my plumbing concerns regarding my toilet flushing mechanisms and requent stop- ups. He promptly informed me that both toilets and mechanisms were working well,and had not given me my money's worth for the Toilet Tune-up with Whole Home Plumbing Inspection. Following the completion of the inspection he offered to substitute augering the toilet plus replacement of 4 cut off valves in my master bathroom. It was necessary to sweat the old corroded valves off with a torch which he accepted with a smile. This took a considerable amount of time to complete due to a very limited working space. Chuck cleaned up his work areas and gave me my bill for 4 new angle stops which he kindly discounted the price from $45 to $35 per valve. We then discussed plans for things "to do" on his next visit. I am very pleased with his honesty, work ethics and professionalism. Thank you Chuck !!

Chuck was recommended by a friend. I called him originally to install a water line for a new refrigerator and replace the kitchen faucet and the shower/tub faucet in one bathroom. Chuck was on time, fast, cleaned up and also I talked to him about a water pressure issue. If we had on the shower for example and turned on the washing machine the water pressure in the shower dropped and you either got no water to the wash machine or just a few drips. He checked inside the house and at the meter but found nothing. Before doing anything else he asked me to call the local water utility to have them check the water lines. SO after we did that and they found no issue to the meter and there were no evident issues in the house that left the line between the house and the meter. To save money we dug up the old line ourselves, as soon as we had it dug up Chuck came out and immediately realized that the main line from the house to the meter was a 50 year old pipe and when the house was connected to the city about 5 years ago they took a short cut. The pipe was cracked and leaking in small places and when he pulled it out what was in that pipe was just disgusting. He replaced it with a new line and the water pressure was so strong. It was amazing the difference.We are all set now and we can wash our hands at a sink and take a shower at the same time! WHEW-WHO! Chuck was very professional, fast, clean and I will bring him back for any future plumbing needs I may run into.

He did an awesome job and was very neat. He cleaned up after himself. He made sure the work was done correctly and hired the drywall contractor for us as well. The man I dealt with was named Chuck Burns and I would hire him again.

The company was amazingly fast to respond. Chuck arrived within 15 minutes and was super nice and professional. We live in an old funky house with lots of older plumbing.so diagnosis can be tough! Chuck was able to quickly figure out the problem, without having to dismantle the toilet. He was informative and made an extra effort to clean-up when finished. There was no "over-selling" and we appreciated the fact they didn't try to pile on the add-ons. We would definitely use this company again!

Chuck Burns (the owner/president of Pro Plumbing Works) arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He listened attentively to my story of having closed last weekend on my new "old" house and that during my first shower in the Master Bathroom, stepped out to find water running all over my bathroom floor. GASP. He listened patiently while I also explained issues we found with the tub/shower diverter in the kids' bathroom, as well as a cranky and barely operational sink faucet which took super human strength to turn on. Chuck took action and quickly investigated all possible sources of water leaks in the Master shower, tracking down plumbing lines, vents and sewer lines, and checking for gaps in the caulking in the tiles and floor. He climbed on the roof and snaked the drain lines into the house, including the kitchen and master bath. He then pulled the shower drain and snaked that line, finding all kinds of roots and vegetation clogging the shower and toilet lines which was why the shower was backing up all the way into the toilet and causing water to leak from around the toilet. Whew - after an hour of work he had it fixed and operational with no water leaks. He caulked a few places of missing grout in the shower as well. He then moved on to repairing the second bathroom tub/shower. He switched the hot and cold lines behind the tub faucet, installed a new tub faucet (which he had in his truck) and voila - the tub shower works again! Chuck then tightened up the sink faucet and recommended a new cartridge. Knowing that I was on my lunch hour - we made plans for things "to do" in my old house on his next visit. I'll have him pull the master toilet, use a cutting blade in the toilet line to cut any remaining tree roots in the line, reset the toilet and seal it. I'll also have him switch out the kids' bathroom' sink faucet with a new replacement. Chuck cleaned up his work areas and gave me the bill for $200. I felt the bill was extremely reasonable and was very pleased with his work and professionalism. Thank you!!

Chuck was punctual, clean, and professional when he came by to address two continually running toilets. He greeted us with a friendly smile and as he put on what looked like shower cabs over his boots he joked with us making us laugh. He tried saving us some money by just doing a flapper change but that did not help. So he went ahead and replaced the guts of the toilet which solved the problem. Doing that work he noticed an old water supply line on one of the toilets and suggested changing it to a flex steel type. He went ahead and took care of that. He put a square piece of toilet paper underneath the supply line and instructed us to check it periodically to ensure we had no leaks. I thought that was very proactive. While washing up his hands he noticed a loose faucet in our guest bathroom and did not hesitate to run to his truck and grab a tool to tighten that for us. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Pro Plumbing and would recommend him to all our family and friends.
