All work was completed and bathtub seal fixed.

Chuck arrived with the new toilet within 90 minutes. (I had cracked the tank of the old one trying to do it myself.) He offered to replace only the tank to save money, or even tell me how to do that myself on the phone! I decided to have him replace the whole thing. He was able to get me a better brand toilet for the same quoted price. Chuck arrived, removed the old toilet, installed the new one with new intake line and internal hardware, neatly caulked, and left the bathroom spotless. He took the old toilet away rather than leaving at the curb. All done in 2 hours. No leaks, everything working fine. Chuck was neat, efficient, and professional. He will be my go to plumber in the future!

This was a BIG DEAL two toilet tune-up. Chuck arrived at the promised time and performed his work in a very professional, yet friendly manner. Furthermore, Chuck went above and beyond what was promised. All of our questions were answered and at no time did we feel rushed. Chuck took the necessary time to ensure that we were happy with his work and we are indeed.

Short time from phone call to service, arrived on time, put on booties to protect my flooring and quickly cleared the slow running drain that I could fix with Drano. Provided some good advice on toilet replacements. I would definitely use again.

It was good. I needed a toilet replaced and so he came, took out the old ones and installed the new ones, cleaned up the water and he was done. I got him on the Big Deal, he was recommended by other people. He was very pleasant, professional, personable and he cleaned everything up. It was a pretty simple job and it's not like I needed somebody with great skills. They were better than my skills so that was what I needed. The price was right. He knew what he was doing and I would hire him again. He came when he said he would come.

It went beautifully. Chuck explained everything, did the work and was in an out in no time. He even gave me advice on another issue and helped me get started on ordering the Moen parts. Advised me on how to access his plumbing works channel. Best experience with a plumber I have ever had - by a lot.

The company never came to do the work. It was purchased at the end of November.

Found Chuck to be very professional. He completed the work in a very timely fashion. He checked all plumbing out and replaced the internal parts in three toilet tanks. We were impressed with his work and plan to hire him again in Feb for more plumbing jobs. We highly recommend this company

I have used PRO-PLUMBING WORKS, LLC's services numerous times now and always come away feeling very satisfied. The owner Mr. Chuck Burns is always a pleasure to work with. This review is in regards to a new water heater that Chuck installed for me in August 2013. It's now December and we have experienced no problems. I had contacted this plumber on nov 23, Chuck replied and said they would call me 'tomorrow'; no call; on dec 1 I sent another email inquiring what was up and Chuck said that he had tried to contact me earlier but had had 'trouble getting onto Angie's list' and then there was 'the holidays'...please...if I had not re-contacted them yesterday, how long would it have taken them to contact me??? til the end of the holidays??? which holidays? very unprofessional behavior...they do not deserve to be on Angie's list

Ended up being in pipe under house in crawl space. He found the problem and replace some old cast iron pipe with pvc

I recently purchased a home in North Port. The bathrooms needed some fine tuning. I tried myself to repair after looking at tons of You Tube videos. My master bath toilet just kept running. Saw Pro-Plumbing coupon an Angies List for toilet tuneup...$55.00. Chuck Burns the owner (great, knowledgeable) guy set up appointment to come and repair my toilets and I also had him install new shower head. I am so glad I did!!!! Great Work, everything done in timely manner, cleaned up..will use Chuck again!!!

Pro Plumbing responded to our call about a leaking kitchen faucet promptly. Chuck arrived on time, went right to work replacing a leaking kitchen faucet with another we had purchased. He cleaned up neatly and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely call him for any plumbing problems and would recommend him to others as well.

If we could give an A+ we would. Very professional in work and at a good price. We have found our plumber for future plumbing needs and will be calling him when we install a new dishwasher.

He couldn’t fix the toilet so I happened to have a spare toilet in the garage. He installed that for $100. I thought he was very good in every way. I kind of thought he could install it for the $49, but he wanted an extra $100 so I paid him. He was very courteous, neat, and orderly.

I recently purchased a rental property that required some plumbing work (see above). After reading many of the positive reviews for PRO-PLUMBING WORKS, I purchased a $55.00 Angie's List coupon from this company for a toilet tune up and a whole house plumbing inspection (included in above price). The idea was to use the coupon to not only have the house inspected by a professional plumber but to also have the opportunity to meet the plumber and determine if I felt comfortable hiring him to complete all the plumbing work I required. As usual, Angie's List led me to a great company. Mr. Chuck Burns, the owner of the company, communicated very professionally and friendly from the first phone call onwards. He took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and gave me options for how a plumbing repair/upgrade could be completed within my financial limitations. The work he did for me was excellent and fairly priced. I will certainly use PRO-PLUMBING WORKS for my future plumbing needs and I encourage all Angie's List members living in this area to at least get an estimate from this company before hiring another plumbing company.
