Victor was very responsive to my email and phone call. Arrived ontime and was very professional and did the job quickly. I am new to the area and did not have a plumber that I knew or was recommended... now I do....

That worked out really well. And we love to work with him.

I had a new toilet installed at the end of last year and it was not anchored down properly. As a result it rocked and didn't sit flush to the floor. Well, all that rocking and instability caused the seal to start leaking. In fact the seal was shot because of the improper install. I called this plumber because of their great reviews. I was not disappointed. Victor came out and really had his work cut out for him. It was a shoddy installation from the get-go and he had to fix it. He was super nice and did a wonderful job. He is the nicest guy and I would not hesitate to call them again. I only talked to Chuck on the phone but he seems very nice and helpful also. It took Victor a couple of hours to fix the problem and that included a run to Home Depot as this new style toilet needed a different type of something that I can't remember. Anyway, the job was done, my toilet does not rock or leak and I am a happy camper.

I thought I took advantage of a good deal but when I emailed this company, they wanted to charge me and extra $175 for what I could’ve done myself. I refused to go through with it

My kitchen drain was clogged and had been for several days while we tried everything available. I contacted a local plumber who quoted me $194 plus $94 additional for every 15 min! When I balked he dropped to $174 flat fee. I then joined Angie's List and found a deal for $99. Sold! I was given a window of availability,so requested that aft,the next am or pm. they were to contact me by Wed. I heard nothing from the Pro until 12:01 Wed in an email. He said he could be there Thurs 8/7 at 8:30 and asked me to call him.I explained I work and could not do Thursday and requested Fri am, he said he could not do Fri but he could do Sat or Sun or Tues of the next week. I then explained our problem and how it was hard for us as we could not do it on the weekend. He then said it would cost way more! I replied no thank you. It appears to me that "drain cleaning" is not the same as freeing a clogged drain. This company apparently wishes to avoid the "deal" unless it is at his convenience! Buyer beware!

This is a rental property for me and I rely on the honesty and integrity of the contractors I hire. I turned to Angie's List to find a plumber and we are completely satisfied with this company and their service. The tenants were very pleased with the work, the professionalism, the punctuality and I am very pleased with the price. There is no doubt that I will use them again if something goes wrong with the plumbing at this house. I would highly recommend this company if you need a good plumber!

Technician arrived as scheduled. Work scheduled needed to be a little more than originally thought and additional work had to be done to complete the job, but the quote was reasonable and was finished on the same day. Work was completed professionally and all was cleaned up when he left.

Plumber called in advance to let me know he'd arrive 15 minutes later than scheduled. He arrived at the stated time. completed work promptly and cleaned up the areas when he finished. I was stunned at the size of the bill - $400 - including $150 for simply pulling and replacing the faucet cartridge. Addendum: The technician did not break down the price on my bill. but the provider's response to my review clarifies that materials were $210.and hourly rate was approx. $75/hr. Based on these facts, I have revised my rating.

Went very well, did everything as promised on the offer. Came on time and was very professional.

Victor called 15 minutes before arriving to say he was coming. I used an Angie's List promotion that saved me at least $100. He arrived on time and reviewed 2 extra options. I chose to replace my outside ballcock since it was rusted. The $75. price seemed fair and saved me an extra service call. Victor did his work quickly and professionally. It took about 2 hours to complete and he cleaned up after himself before leaving.

Fabulous. For the first time in this house in 3 years we could turn on the hose without getting sprayed on and water leaking everywhere. Chuck did a great job. As he was leaving ( after affixing his card to our water heater) he noticed the heater was leaking and offered to fix it immediately for a very reasonable price and gave us directions on how to clean up the mold safely. Will call him again for sure.

Provider was over an hour late for appointment. When I called he had lost my contact info. Did not call or apologize for being late. I was expecting more than what I got for the money spent

They did a good job. He called back to make sure things are okay. I got a coupon.

Installed as promised, also did a plumbing inspection on the rest of house. Service was excellent :)

They fixed problems with our shower, both sinks, toilet in the hall bathroom, and a bathtub drain problem. The bathtub drain was the worst. They were fixing problems that the previous plumber left with bad fixes. The toilet the previous plumber had put a piece that holds the toilet in place on top of the old one which meant that the toilet slid around soon. The Bathtub they originally said they would dig through the concrete to fix the problem but changed their mind and did a band aid approach that stopped working in a few days. It seems that some roots got into the drain and blocked it up. After the first plumber left the roots grew back together and the drain stopped working. Other fixes on the sinks also went back to non working. This plumber came in and fixed all of the work the previous plumber messed up replacing parts where needed, using a jackhammer on the concrete to get to the tub drain and replaced it and found the real problem with the drain. When they left they cleaned up behind themselves and put the dirt and concrete over the hole and replaced the tile that was there before. They did outstanding service and we had them back for another problem and they went in two pipes on top of the roof where the other plumber only went in one. Our kitchen sink and washer drain are working better than they have for a long time. They did an outstanding job at a cheaper cost than our previous plumber. I am incensed with the previous plumber and will use this one now.

I saw a small water leak behind the toilet in the master bath. Pro Plumbing responded quickly. The toilet had evidently been leaking underneath for a while because mold was present when the toilet was removed. The toilet was replaced, the floor and bathroom cleaned. Service was quick and beyond what I expected. I would use Pro Plumbing again without hesitation.

Pro-plumbing was on time and very professional. However we noticed that the toilet handle was sticking. We called for repair and without hesitation they replaced the handle at no additional cost. They were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Returned my call quickly and finished project in a very timely manner. Very professional!

Chuck is very professional, personable and reliable. He did excellent work and, when the toilet didn't work the way it should, came back with a smile and fixed it. In a timely manner. I would definitely use him again. Plus, Chuck is the owner of the company so you get him doing the work - not an employee.

The provider was on vacation, so he sent a trusted assistant. He got it unplugged with about an hours work. The price was cheaper than what plumbers and unblocking services wanted to charge. I have a question. He only used an hour. Are the other hours from this special consider 'banked' that I can call on if need be?

I had the owner of the company do the work. He was extremely professional and did a great job. I would definitely use his services again.

Arrived a little later than expected, but was easy to reach by phone. Fixed two toilets that were working, but not working well.

The installation was done well. The plumber's cleanup was great. The plumber deliberately broke the old toilet into pieces and put them in my garbage can to enable me to easily put the wheeled garbage can at the curb for pickup on garbage pickup day.

This time Pro Plumbing, Chuck, replaced 2 toilets and valves. Not only did he make sure that all the tile around the floor was clean and clear he cauked so that it looked brand new and no mess on the floors. He moved all the old stuff out to the curb and ensured me that the garbarge folks would pick it up. I am planning to replace kitchen counters and will have Chuck back to do the sink and faucets when I do. .
