They went above and beyond. He went to Lowe's with me to get the correct faucet. It could have been a nightmare but he was very helpful!!

They did a fine job. I have no complaints at all.

Everything went very smooth. Appointment was made over the phone. I received a call from Chuck informing me that he was on the way. He arrived on time as agreed. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Also, I was pointed out that my bathtub stopper did not work (I was aware that this was the case actually) and was given an option to repair that immediately. At the end, I got my bill via email as per my request. I am very happy with the service and will definitely call again.

What concerns me about was the deal of $79 was for two toilet tune ups but then they came in and told me that I needed the entire gut for all three of my toilets and I was a little upset about that because they charged me $99 per toilet. They said that the tune up was only for the flapper and I am thinking you can go buy a flapper at the hardware store for $10. I am not giving them a bad review but they need to be more informative on their special. I know I was having trouble with one of my toilet so he said he's going to do a tune up on it. They just said two flappers for the toilet instead of a tune up because that is not a tune up. Then when you have to go ahead and spend $99 to do the whole inside of the toilet but that amount is lower, usually it is $129 so he saved me $30 per toilet. The wording was not fair and correct...that is how I feel about it. However, they did a good job and I was very pleased. The mechanic that he sent out to do the work made up a list of the things that they needed to do and how much it will cost me and that is where I was a little out of shape about it. I called the owner and said that this is what you said but this is what your guy said and he ended up taking an extra $150 off of the total of what I was supposed to pay. I am not giving him a bad review at all but I feel that the description of their special should have been more defined.

Out of the ordinary fill valve assembly caused a little bit of a problem, but the owner, Chuck Burns, got the correct assembly installed and working properly. Had to come back for a tweak, but now no problems. Took the time to text the next day to make sure everything was still fine. I will have no problem sharing his name and business with others.

Plumber arrived on time and work continuously, until job was finished. He was polite and professional and did a good job.

Quick and easy. The plumber was did a great job. He was very helpful giving me suggestions on other things I will do myself. No pressure.

I had a leak where my working garbage disposal attaches to the sink drain. The plumber told me that he could not replace the part that was leaking and I needed to buy a new disposal. He had one with him that would cost $595 with the Angie's List discount. When I seemed surprised at the price, he said that this was a very good disposal that had stainless steel parts and that it should last a long time. Reluctantly I had him install the new disposal. When he was finished, he added on another $50 for the service call. Later that day when I was filling out the warranty information, I decided to look up the price of the disposal online. Home Depot had it for $174. Although I don't expect a plumbing service to have Home Depot prices, it seems that I paid about $470 for about a half hour installation job. Who was it that said, "A sucker is born every minute?" Even after reading reviews on Angie's List!

Victor was prompt, polite and professional. He did an excellent job.

I tried writing a message and left good dates for the work to be done. I live in Sarasota county which is listed as where he works. I then got a message from your company asking if I needed help reaching him and I said that I did. I have never heard a thing. I sure don't know how he got a good rating. If he wasn't interested he should have answered my message and said that he would not be able to perform the work.

They had a two day time frame to get all of this work completed. They showed up on time for each of these days and got right to work. The service was great! I have already recommended them to my friends. This company will now be out go to plumber!

My existing one had begun to leak, and I found this contractor via Angie's list among the most highly rated for my area. I called this one and another, and Chuck, the owner, gave me a quote for a 30-gallon hot water heater replacement installation that was the most competitive -- $679 installed (with two possible add-on's: $75 if the shut-off valve needed replacing, which it did; and, $50 for a new pan if that needed replacing, which it did). The final price after installation was exactly as quoted with no surprises. The contractor cleaned up completely after the install, which in my past experience with others has not always happened. Best of all, the installer did the installation the very next morning after my initial call, preventing any further leaking from the old hot water heater. It has now been over a week since the installation, and everything has continued to work perfectly with no problems whatsoever. I'm very, very pleased. Thank you, Chuck and company!

Every task of the total job went perfectly, without any hitches or problems. When done, the results were fabulous, Mr. Gallegos had returned the place to order and cleanliness. They truly are "The Drain Pros"

I have used this company on numerous occasions because they are professional and courteous. I have never had any issues with any of the past work they have completed. I call this company when I need plumbing services and recommend them to all Angie's List members.

Just the way we wanted it. Victor called TWICE to let us know where he was and his ETA at our residence. He performed the work in a highly professional and courteous manner and went beyond our expectations by providing us with some good advice, at no charge, for a project we are undertaking in a guest bathroom. We will use Pro-Plumbing LLC again for any and all of our professional plumbing needs!

Overall, this was a positive experience for me. Both Chuck, and his employee Victor, applied themselves to doing the job to the best of their abilities. They were friendly, courteous, and perfectly willing to answer any questions I raised. They tidied up after themselves each day, and cleaned up completely when the job was complete. I rated price a "B". Chuck's quote was in between the other two quotes I received for the job. I rated punctuality a "B" as well. This was a bigger job than just doing one repair at a house and then moving on to the next job. They did need to keep up with other client's repair work as well during the time period. Due to extenuating circumstances, they weren't always able to keep their time commitment to arrive on the job at the time established. I work from home so this was not a major inconvenience for me, however for others it may need to be taken into consideration and discussed ahead of time. About the drywall repair: I highly recommend Alan, who has been employed by Kornhaus Drywall (find Kornhaus on Angie's List, too) for 15 + years. This man is very nice; he called ahead to let me know what time he was going to be here, applied himself quietly to doing the work he was hired to do, and he explained what he was doing and why. And, I am so well pleased with the quality of his workmanship. 12/05/14 Update: I have been debating whether I should mention this or not, but it's heavy on my mind so I will add this without belaboring the point - too much. In the beginning I made it clear that I wanted all the pipes that were removed from the house. Chuck told me that the pipes in the walls and underneath the floor don't get removed. Understandably, but I was still interested in the copper pipes connecting to the hot water heater in the laundry room. I have plans to repupose those copper pipes. Part way through I noticed they had been removed. I again mentioned wanting any pipes that were removed. Chuck said there weren't any. So, when the work was last part of the job was completed by the drywall repair man I decided to bring it up for the third time that I wanted those pipes, and left a phone message to that effect that I would pay the final bill when he brought me the pipes. Chuck called in the evening and wanted to stop by to collect the last payment. I asked about the pipes. He said he didn't have them with him and wanted to stop by anyway that evening because he was working on a job in my area. I just paused, and then he said he would collect them from his shop in the morning and stop by before going to the job site. Which he did. They weren't my pipes but better pipes than the pipes he removed. He explained that the man who "processes his pipes" had already taken them. Point is, why lie to me that no pipes were removed when it was so obvious? Regrettably, I feel I have to report this to alert other consumers that while this man does have incredible reviews he is also just a human being, very much looking out for his personal welfare. This update is not to minimize the work he does, but in the hopes that it will help all of us realize that honesty and accountability are still good things to cultivate continously. If you've painstakingly built up a good business why take the risk of jeopardizing it? Why rip out part of your foundation?

I purchased a Big Deal with them, and they were a little hard to get in touch with, but when I did finally reach them, they informed me that they do not service my area. The vendor now has a map location to show the areas that he will service.

Workman arrived and introduced himself. He was polite and professional. He got to work right away and was very quick. The owner, Chuck, had asked me to take a photo of the toilet and the inside of the tank and text it to him before the appointment so that they would have the part if needed. He was in and out in less than 20 min. He didn't charge me any more than the coupon that I bought, I was really impressed! I was so impressed on how great they were I had them bid out a big job were where thinking of doing. He took photos and sent them on to Chuck and before he left I had a bid and a plan of action! Great company! Wonderful plumber, would highly recommend!!

Needed to cut the old bib off due to builder's placement. After replacement, he caulked the area surrounding the pipe. Perfect job in my opinion.

Chuck was very cordial, went out of his way to please us, and charged us a reasonable rate. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

They were on time, professional, and went beyond the call of duty. I would most definitely recommend them and if ever I need plumbing again, they'll be the first ones I call.

The plumber was very friendly and courteous. A couple of our toilets had issues with the handles sticking when you tried flush them. He was very quick and probably spent only about 15 minutes on everything. My only complaint is that one of the toilets is sticking again and I just wish he had done a more thorough job.
