+ 0 moreThey scheduled a visit to diagnose and repair the problem - which turned out to be unrelated to their work on the original installation, but rather was caused by one of the older room stations. They took the time to isolate the station and solved the problem by taking that "bad" station out of the circuit. It has worked normally since they left. Replacing it with a retrofit will be a simple problem I can do myself. They are friendly, but totally professional people. I have no reservations about recommending them for any project you may have. Reasonable pricing. (Cost below is the repair project.) By the way, they are in Sarasota, and I live south of Ft Myers - so, yes - they travel!
Description of Work: Prime AV is a quality installer for audio and video equipment. They were recommended by the upstate New York seller of the retrofit system hardware for a ten-room station in-home Intercom and audio system in an older home that we had purchased. I used them originally to upgrade the older home intercom system by installing the retrofit. And when the hardware seemed to have problems operating consistently well, I called them again.
