PRESTIGIOUS PROPERTY MGMT

Description of Work: Rented a condo from this property management company and paid a 1250.00 deposit, which was equal to one month rent. I did not get a through walk thru because the agent was rushing me and very talkative. When the movers arrived the next day during daylight hours. I noticed the place was filthy, Refgrigerator was caked with food to soak off. None of the drawers and cabinets had not been wiped out.SPilled makeup/powder in bathroom drawers. Air conditioner filter had not been changed so there was caked on dust that had actually collected outside the airconditioning hall door onto carpet and baseboard. Place had been vaccumed but the baseboards were also caked with dust, bugs, hair and body hair, Closets were so dirty that dust left imprints on the carpets where boxes had layed. Garage was full of leaves and dirt. Upset I got ahold of the management company and the response I recieved was that I was too picky. I supplied them with numerous pictures. I was told prior that the carpets were to be cleaned before I moved in and Paula said that they were 'spot" cleaned. Place was obviously never touched after last renters and I was told to pretty much suck it up or move. After first. last, and deposit adding up top 3750.00 coupled with expense of movers and trucks. This was not an option for me. So if you want to rent thru this property management company do so with your eyes open because there is nothing prestigious about these crooks.
