When we hired this firm - Precision Paver Repair - to renovate our pool deck, we believed their promises and advertisements that everything would be beautiful and of the highest quality. At their request, we paid them a deposit of 50% of the cost of all work. However, as soon as they started work, I asked them: “Will you paint the second layer?”. They answered clearly “No!”. I told them: “Why? But the old paint color is visible through the new one! ". They threw everything away and left irrevocably. I did not let them continue to work with such quality again, including poorly repaired cracks, uneven lines of connections of two paint colors, inaccuracy of the painting itself, the visibility of the old paint through the new one, not all the necessary places were plastered with cement mortars. The work was completed for less than 50% of the paid deposit, part of which they categorically refused to return to us. We hired another company, which did everything to us perfectly and efficiently. Considering all of the above, I EXTREMELY recommend to future clients of the company Precision Paver Repair, phone 941-586-3448, to be careful to have business with this company. I will also inform the BBB Business Bureau about this. First of all, you first need to personally look at 3-4 addresses where the hired company has done similar work. And only after that, conclude an agreement and pay a deposit of no more than 25-30% of the contract value. I was very let down by these guys. Adam came out and gave me a pretty good quote and within a week they came out and started leveling pavers. They were here for 4 hours and when they left, I noticed that the level of the pavers were worse than when they started. After calling them to complain, they said they would come back out. The day they were supposed to be here, they called me and said both of them were sick. Out of disgust, I told them not to come back and to give me a full refund. They told me that they would not refund my money until they came back on the property. Because I really did not want them back on my property, I turned to my credit card provider to handle the dispute. I lost the dispute because I did not let them on my property again and they were awarded the 1800.00. I was so beside myself, I reached out to them to try and figure out a solution to resolve this issue and have not heard back from them. Use this company at your own risk!
