Description of Work: Changed rollers to plastic which cuts the noise in half at least. However, at my expense I requested that the opener light be fixed due to loose connection. He apparently just moved it a little and it worked for less than a day. I could do that. Very disappointed in this result. Otherwise good work and nice guy.

Description of Work: Garage Door Would Not Stay Closed - although it was sporadic. Preceision came to look at it and diagnosed the problem, but could not assure that replacing parts would fix the problem. The technician gave me a quote on both replacing parts and actually replacing the motor - which seemed to be the root of the problem. The better fix was to replace the motor. He did and I have had no further problems - he also replaced some other parts of the door, but forget the term for the part. All in all it was a good experience and I am happy with the outcome.

Description of Work: The man came and told us our clickers were broken and that was the cause of our garage door not working properly. He charged us for a house call and two new clickers. The next day the garage door was not working. He said it was the computer board. He said he would order the part and call us when it came in. He has not called yet and it is over a month later. In the meantime we called the manufacturer of the garage door opener. They told us how to fix the door and it did not cost us a cent. We will never call this company again. Horrible and unneeded expensive costs.

Description of Work: Called them to repair garage door , they informed me that they have a very busy scheduled, I made a appointment for two weeks later , they called me three weeks later to tell me they couldn't make and if I would like to reschedule? informed them I replaced the garage door opener two days ago. felt as if they could careless about me.

Description of Work: Technicial was called to replace a broken spring. Talked me into replacing a lot of other hardware I don't think I needed. I neighbor had a sinilar experience. This company did the work I asked them to do very well but their pricing was high and they pressured me into buying stuff I didn't need.
