Description of Work: The $ was paid to Angies List. Work was well done but Precision seemed to not have heard of me--I don't feel I should have to call the service provider if I already did the deal through Angies List.

When you purchase through Angies list you need to call in and set up an appointment so we can come to your house when it is convenient to you and some of our customers by the deals for future use

Description of Work: Replaced balky door switch, did tune up and replaced rollers on two garage doors. Came back about a month later when door got very noisy, replaced bolt that had fallen out(not their fault) , no charge on follow up visit. Overall very pleased and would use again.

Description of Work: They replaced both broken springs and all the rollers. They did not respond from our request through Angie's List, we had to call them directly. They said they had not received any requests from us through Angie's List. After our phone call, they responded quickly and took care of our problem. They did very good work and acted professionally. We would use Precision Door Service of Sarasota again.

Description of Work: They basically did a good job. They damaged a small area of stucco and tried to claim that the stucco was faulty. After arguing with them they offered to pay half the cost of the repair. Another repair man who came to fix something else fixed the small area of stucco damage for nothing. This refusal to stand by damage they caused was the only negative.
