Description of Work: My garage door was not working. They sent someone out within an hour and a half. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. He also checked and replaced a part that was showing wear within the motor. Serviceman was courteous and professional.

Description of Work: I called them to service my Genie Garage Door opener. Although I told them that, from my call to Genie, it appeared it needed a new circuit board and gave them the model number, they did not have one in the truck. The cost to come back and replace the circuit board was close to $300. They also tried to sell me a new opener for $599 plus labor. I paid them the $29.95 service call and told them I would not use them. I then bought a top of the line opener from Lowes for $348 including installation.
