Well except for the price
Description of Work: I have used this company twice in the past for garage door issues. They are super expensive. I paid more than $3000 to have my double and single garage doors running again. The technician was very professional but again due to the price I will not use this company again.

Description of Work: Garage door was inoperable. October, 2017 edition of Angie's List indicated "Same -Day Garage Door Repairs" for this company. I called them On 11/28/17 and was given an appointment for 12/1/17. Subsequently, I called another company who came and fixed the door on 11/29/17. I called and cancelled the 12/1/17 appointment. I have a real problem with false advertising. Unless a company can deliver what is advertised, such an advertisement should not be accepted.

I am very pleased. I left a message on their voicemail on a Sunday, he called me Monday morning and was able to come out that day. He asked a few questions on the phone, and when they came out they had exactly the right part needed. I have a 3 year old who was home sick that day, and he's quite the chatterbox. These guys were AWESOME with him, and as a mother that means a lot. They were clean, polite, knew what they were doing, and smelled good (weird, I know, but so many guys stink of cigarettes or other things). I couldn't be happier and I will use them again if I need to!
Description of Work: Our main spring had broken and the garage door wouldn't open. They came out and replaced it and door is good as new.

GREAT COMPANY. CAME OUT THE SAME DAY, DID EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED. THE TECH, RYAN, COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER OR MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE. WHEN I FOUND OUT FIVE MONTHS LATER THAT THE BOTTOM RUBBER NEEDED TO BE A BIT LONGER, RYAN CAME RIGHT OUT AND REPLACED IT, AT NO CHARGE. SINCE THEY DON'T NORMALLY CARRY THAT RUBBER, HE EVEN DROVE TO THE DISTRIBUTOR RATHER THAN WAITING FOR IT TO BE ORDERED AND COME IN. I'LL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
