It went extremely well. From setting an appointment online via chat feature to the responsiveness of installer, the experience was exceptional.

They are wonderful! Gaetazo, the technician, worked very hard to get it straight, but came to the conclusion that it was an electrical problem and too much out of his expertise. Gaetazo did everything he could think of, relating to a garage door problem, to get it fixed; he believes the outlet is faulty.

Since I hired a professional installer, it went fine. I purchased an upgraded pair of springs built for extended usage. I'm hoping I don't have to replace these new springs for at least 15 years. The original springs lasted 10 years - which is typical.

Prompt service, Doug was on site on the same day of contact. Professional and Friendly. Got right to work, made recommendations on any additional work (No Pressure - just awareness). Solid job all around. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for with this company. Definitely call them back if needed..........Don't hesitate to contact them.

They arrived promptly and the repairman did the job fast and efficiently. He replaced the springs (both sides as you have to) and also recommended replacing the wire. Garage door is 20 yrs old and never serviced so you could see wire was worn. Replaced that. Very pleasant repairman. Highly recommend. Trustworthy.

The technician was very polite and called before hand. He had everything, but the main block. He thought he could reuse the old block, but decided that it would be best that he go back to the shop and make one!

I would tell a friend or family member about their responsiveness. I called them the night before, and they were out the next morning. Quick response. The person that did the job was very professional. I didn't compare prices, so I don't have anything to base it on. It was an emergency.

There was not even a 30 -day warranty for a service that cost around $200. You have to pay more to get a warranty. That is just a bad policy.

We called for spring replacements for a double garage door, We were quoted $158 installed. They failed to mention that was for one spring not both (no one replaces just one spring). It didn't include any kind of warranty what so ever unless you bumped the price up. Bait and switch I call it.

By the time they called me I had already had someone from discount garage doors come. I highly recommend Discount Garage Doors!

gave me a four hour window with a twenty minute advance notice of arrival, and then no showed. I hate that long a window but when you can't even make the deadline for the last twenty minutes in the window, you have lost my business for good. I was uncomfortable with the call center in the first place, I will not use this company.

Door spring broke Saturday, at 10:30AM, checked on Angie's List & chose Precision because of high reviews. Angie's List said they were closed on Saturday, but I called anyway and Precision made appointment for between 2 & 4 that afternoon; Justin called about 1 hour ahead of appointment & said he could come within 15 minutes. He was done within 1 1/2 hr, after explaining what needed to be done. Was thorough, efficient and courteous; did excellent job! We were back in operation within 4 hours of it breaking on a Saturday!

Our door malfunctioned over the holiday weekend and we needed assistance quickly. Precision was responsive and sent a wonderful technician Joe the next morning, who assessed the issue and we decided to replace the rollers and springs, had a new opener installed with a key pad and new remotes. Now the garage door opens smoothly and so quietly! They offer a great warranty and we highly recommend this company. Joe was professional, courteous and informative. Overall, a job very well done!

I discovered a broken spring about 7:30 am and called Precision; by 8:30, Paul had arrived, replaced the broken spring and generally tuned up that door; I was so pleased with the results that I asked him to check and tune up a second door. The doors now work better and more quietly than when they were first installed.

It may have been the worst or at least the most frustrating "Angie's List" service I have ever used ( ATTEMPTED ). On 02/04/16 I submitted my repair request to Angie's list selecting Precision as the provider. I included a brief description of the issue I was experiencing. Approximately one hour later I received an email from this provider requesting a contact number to schedule the service. I immediately replied providing both my residence and cellular numbers. Three hours later on 02/04/16 a sent a follow up email enquiring if they were going to call today to set up the appointment time. On 02/05/16 I sent a similar email. On 02/08/16 another similar email was sent On 02/12/16 a final email was sent asking if they could not / did not want to service the garage door I would find another provider. I sent all emails through the Angie's List website following the instructions provided. The log of emails transmitted can be readily captured by Angie's List to verify the authenticity of this review. I would not recommend this vendor to any potential customer.

Great work. On time and fast.. Only issue I had was the vendor didn't respond after I bought the published Angie's List deal. I had to call them directly and provide the deal info and coupon number to get them scheduled. Once that was done, they were here within 24 hrs.

The called ahead and arrived on time. Serviceman was friendly and did a professional job. I was happy with my first Angies List experience. Only suggestion is scheduling directly with the company instead of Angies List is recommended.

Replaced coils springs but were sub-grade for the systems. The system required 110# tension and they used 70# coils. Because the system needed more strength to raise and lower the door, it caused the motor system and the screw drive to work harder and stressed the system The undo stress eventually caused the motor and carriage to fail. The service charge and replacement was $ 459.00 performed on 3/31/2015. The system failure occurred on 1/5/2016, 9 months later. I used a local contractor 'Genie of St Petersburg' and had them replace motor, support track and replace coil springs(110#) for $ 448.00.

Arrived on time. Performed repairs quickly. Quoted options clearly. Personable.
