+ -1 moreThe service guy was here only 15 minutes when other vendors in the past took about 45-60 minutes. He could not have look at unit on roof as it wasn’t labeled. We found that out when we had a 2nd company investigate why our interior parts were iced up. Power Air tech left and said all was fine! We called to find out why he said all was fine when we had ice and then water dripping into the filter and pan. They said they would send someone to come look again at it. After 10 days of NO communication, we called another vendor to help us. Poorly trained tech & poor follow up. They’re definitely not interested in customer service!!!

+ -1 moreI have been a customer for this company for over 10 years. They had installed a complete A/C system in my home for thousands of dollars. My A/C stopped working at 4:15pm on a Friday so I called them and got an answering machine so I left a message. It was one long HOT NIGHT ( and day)! I didn't get a call back from them until 22 hours later! By then, I had another company here to repair my unit. This is very poor customer service ! Not the 24/7 they advertise. They won't get my money anymore! They're fired!

Description of Work: Installed new HVAC system in remodeled house. New system carrier 5 ton heat pump 16 seer. After about 1 yr of use noticed rust forming on the air handler coil. Yes coil covered under warranty by Carrier but that does not include labor cost. Scott worked with Carrier to get labor cost covered and even sealed the water pan and galvanized metal that holds the actual coil at no cost to me. PS these are always made of galvanized tin and rust. You think manufacturers would make these out of Stainless. Tks, Scott
