+ -1 moreWe were coming down to visit our newly purchased home and wanted everything in the pool to be operational by the time we got there. so, knowing that there was a problem with the spa pump we called Pinch-a-Penny ahead of time, and they went to the house and diagnosed the problem.The time-frame was tight, but one of the owners went out again personally, fitted us in to his very crowded schedule, and was actually there finishing the repair when we arrived., Very pleasant guy, an effective repair at a reasonable price and on the basis of that we engaged Pinch-a-Penny to do our regular pool maintenance,, and I've also bought a spa vacuum from their well-stocked showroom. An entirely positive experience. They're good communicators by phone or e-mail and they're always there when they say they will be. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreThey have been professional, flexible, and are the most competent pool people I have ever dealth with. Andy patiently explained the new equipment in a way I could understand. They are also really wonderful with my dog, who is a rescue and can be quite fearful. It is a pleasure to have them around.
