I had a disaster on my hands when I was standing on my breakfast bar to try to change a recessed light bulb. My foot slipped into the sink. The sink collapsed into the cabinet below and messed up some of the pipes. I got the referral to Phillip's Plumbing from Angi. It was a great experience. Bob who took the call, said Don would be out first thing this morning. Don calmed my nerves from all the nonsense I was hearing from other plumbing companies. Don and Kevin did an awesome job. They were efficient, cleaned up the area, did great work and at a fair price. To top it off Kevin went above and beyond and changed the light bulb💡I could not be more pleased❣ I highly recommend Phillip's Plumbing.

Truly a good company to work with. Straight forward and honest with dependable people to help you. I had a leak at my back flow and the county said it was on my side so I had to have it repaired. I called Phillips Plumbing because they are local and a well established company. I spoke with Joe, their Master Plumber. He said it was an easy fix and told me what to do. I have experience doing pvc work. Joe told me that I could do it myself and save some money or they could come out the next day and fix it. Joe gave me the confidence to attempt it myself. With a couple complications, I completed the project myself. Phillips Plumbing even stopped by to see how the project was going and if I needed any help. This is an honest company that cares about people and helping those that need it. I have put Phillips Plumbing in my contacts and will share their information with anyone I know or meet that requires a good plumber.

Solid 5 star company, the people here really care about delivering high quality customer service and work. They have fixed many issues for us, the prices are amazing. They never have issues figuring out a solution. They have saved us many times in emergencies. It is not easy to find good companies in this area. Highly recommend them. The operator is amazing and helpful, always going the extra mile. The plumber Anthony and the rest have always delivered awesome service, clean up after themselves well and very polite and helpful, love these guys.

From speaking with Joe, to dealing with Tony for the installation, everyone was friendly, informative, efficient. Best of all...they don't overcharge for their services. These guys are my new go-to plumbers.

They had me get the part since is was not available locally. Amazon delivered the American Standard dual flush mechanism in two days. The installer showed up on time. He was low key, which is good. Removed toilet tank and installed the new part. Took about a half hour and cleaned up behind himself.

I have used Phillips Plumbing on several occasions for my plumbing needs. I have never been disappointed. Donald (Sarasota shop) arrived on time and was extremely professional determining what was causing our bathroom issue. Once he ran several tests and snaked the existing lines of a root blockage he determined we had an issue with old cast iron lines. Our home is 64 yo. He gave me an acceptable quote and returned the next day to dig up the old & replace with new pvc. Once completed you could not even notice we had any work done. He cleaned up the work area, and returned our landscaping shells back to their original space. All of this done within the agreed quote. I highly recommend Phillips Plumbing, and if you are fortunate you may experience Donald's excellent service.

I've had Phillips Plumbing (Sam twice) three times. Kitchen remodel plumbing, bathroom remodel plumbing, and major shower trap replacement. Excellent service and knowledge. Really appreciate their work ethic and skills.

I cannot express how impressed I am with everyone I interacted with at this company!! From the moment I called, I was reassured about my project and given an immediate course of action. They worked around my schedule to come out and look at the project and were able to come out the next day to make the repair. After receiving other quotes for this project ranging from $7k-$28k, which would result in the destruction of the inside as well as the outside of my home, Donald showed up and came up with a plan of action to get my kitchen back in order for a fraction of the cost other plumbers were quoting me, and without all of the destruction. Rather than taking advantage of someone in a desperate situation, he genuinely wanted to help me. He and Marty showed up the next day and got straight to work. They had to dismantle a portion of my flower bed, removing some plants and rock in order to gain access to the pipe for the repair, but to my great surprise, they put everything back the way it was! They even re-planted my plants! Donald even went the extra mile to come back out the next day to repair the large hole that was made in the front of my house by a previous plumber that attempted to make the repair. I would (and already have) recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company that genuinely wants to help at a very fair price! A+++ from me all around! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I was given a morning appt and he was late because they sent him on an emergency. Then, when he started doing my shower, he made the hole in my shower too big for the washer box and now I have this huge gap in my wall with no cover and I am left with the task of finding some sort of plastic panel or plastic sheet to cover it... Also, the box looked as thought it had been used and the screws he used to hold it in place was rusty!

The gentleman showed up as described, but did not call prior to showing up. According to the people that were there, the workers were all business.

Very happy with the quality of the work and the knowledge of the the plumber, Rob. The new water line made the fridge stick too far out in a galley kitchen. Asked if something could be done. Rob changed the directing of the copper fitting so the new hose would attach from the top rather straight in toward the wall. This allowed the fridge to go about 2 1/2 inches closer to the wall. Took out the old filter and coupled the copper together with new fittings. Am very optimistic that my water problems are over. Highly recommend.

Both Jon and Joe were incredibly helpful taking plenty of time to discuss the pros and cons of tank vs. tankless as well as giving quotes for both. We ultimately ended up going with Home Depot purely out of convenience since we are doing other renovation projects with special financing. However, based on their patience and thorough advice during the quoting process I will definitely reach out to Phillips with any future plumbing needs.

Phillips came out to clear a clogged sewer line that backed up my shower and two sinks. I called in the morning and spoke to the owner who was very very nice. He had two techs out within two hours. They took about 45 minutes and cleared the lines. They also kept me very informed on what was happening and taught me a little bit about my plumbing system. They also recommended that I contact a tile person to ensure the shower that was remodeled before we purchased the house was installed correctly. No plumbers are cheap, but their price was in line with what I've paid for the time in the past. I'd rather give my money to a company that has been around this long and has knowledgeable career plumbers working for them. I would recommend and use Phillips again in the future.

they were efficient in their repair of the kitchen sink replacement. quick and easy. done. in my bathroom however, they had to inform me that after thorough, and i mean very thorough inspection of both inside the upper floor shower and under the shower plumbing fixtures that the plumbing was not faulty, the tile was in need of repair as it was leeching through the walls. they referred me to a reputable tile person to get the tile work done..they were polite, professional and thorough.

Everyone I talked to was pleasant and helpful and the work was completed very competently and when promised. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the job: cleaning up after the work and calling when it was finished to make sure everything was OK. I have used Phillips before for a small job or two, but I will definitely use them again.

We had a leak in our hall and wasn't sure what was causing it. It ended up being a leak in the toilet which we didn't hear or notice. Great job in finding a fixing the problem
