Sam was very professional, accommodating, and efficient. He seemed very experienced and was very pleasant. He answered all of our questions. They did a nice job and we would use them again.

Went well, a friend who was staying at my house met them and said the guy who came out was nice and professional. They completed everything quickly and I thought the price was good.

When I called to inquire about service, I was told it took approx. 20 minutes to install a faucet without complications. The service person took 3 hours or 45 min. per faucet. No problems with installation were mentioned. Two bathroom faucets leaked for several days after installation. Even with coupon reducing price to slightly over $190.00 I was not happy with service.

Sam arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work. He was cordial, professional and was good about explaining plumbing details in a way that made sense to a "civilian". He worked quickly and was done in less than an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recomment Phillip's Plumbing. They're very prompt in making contacts and accommodating with appointments...very nice.

Went very well. No leaks! The recirculating pump is performing as claimed and I have quick hot water at all the sinks. I have not tested the showers as this is a new house and I have not moved in as yet but I expect them to have hot water quickly as they share the same lines with the sinks. Sam tested all the sinks to confirm that hot water was indeed coming quickly. I think he was pleased that the pump (manufactured by Watts) which I had purchased from Lowe's was doing its job.

The plumber was extremely rude after they called and could not make the first appointment. This was after they were running late. They should have apologized for running late, but instead they rude to me. I would not recommend them. I will not use this deal.

Frank was right on time and quickly accessed the projects I had for him. First he spread out a large work cloth as not to get any mess on the kitchen floor. He bypassed the original copper pipe behind the cabinets and put a new flexible metal hose through the corner cabinet along the back. This way if I ever need to replace it, I can get to it! He also added a new shutoff which I had requested. Then he removed the old kitchen faucet and put the new one in. I had cleared out all the junk under the sink ahead of time so all Frank's time would be spent on plumbing. All went smooth and we are happy with our new items. We will use Phillips again when needs arise for a plumber and will request Frank.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. I paid additional for the parts for the toilets. It was about $50 additional. The guy was really helpful and showed up when he said he would. I would call him back.

It went ok. What was suppose to be a simple fix of a leaky shower, of course it became a 4 trip or was it 5 to complete the repair. Sam was unable to remove the part that needed to be replaced because it had been stripped by someone previously. It was going to take another trip to complete it. He tried to reconnect it so the shower could be used the leak now was a full on stream so it needed to be closed off completely until it could be finished, so the shower was unusable for over a week. He said he would call us with the new quote since now it was going to cost well over the initial special. He didn't call and when I actually ran into him at a car rental and he told me how busy had been. I called in a couple of days to get the quote and schedule him to come back. He came on a Saturday which was great for me but didn't bring the company truck so he didn't have the right parts to complete it again. Another trip, several days later and he completed the job. The first time I used it I noticed that the whole shower connection was wiggling and loose and the protection ring at the top was not connected. One more trip and the job was finally actually done. Sam was a nice guy with lots of stories and excuses. I wish the company would supply either booties or put paper down when they are coming in and out and carrying wet things in and out. I needed to clean my living room carpet after he was there. I would probably hire them again, I really appreciated the fact that they kept to the agreed price, just wish it didn't take 3 weeks to fix a leaky shower.

I had an appt. for between 10:00 am and noon. Sam showed up about noon. He had the water filter system that I had asked for and installed it in a professional manner.After he finished the installation he asked if I had any other plumbing problems. I told him I had a slow drain in the master bathroom. He dug a lot of hair out of the trap and cleared the drain. He asked if there was anything else and I told him I had a slow faucet in the second bathroom. He looked it over and found one of the lines had a kink in it.He unkinked it and now it works great. I was very pleased with the job and would recommend these guys. I will use them in the future.

Staring with under-floor (i.e. poured concrete) galvanized pipe and a 60-year-old brass drain, Sam replaced all the pieces and parts, with attention to new transition materials at every connection. I had sent them a photo of the existing sink and a list of new parts that I had. I also sent them the description of the new vanity/sink, so they had some idea of what to expect when they arrived. When they left, the floor was clean, the sink and faucets/drain worked perfectly, and I am confident that the job will last. It was a great chance to watch experience in action.

I had a leaky toilet in my condominium. I called Phillips as that is who my mother always used. I told them I just wanted to replace the toilet. We arranged a purchase, date and time over the phone. The repairman called before coming, showed up with everything need. He was very friendly and helpful. Wore shoe protection on the carpeting. Had to cut the carpet (ugh..getting rid of that soon! ) around the toilet and did a great job! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Took the old toilet away and everything has been working perfectly ever since.

Tenants told me several months later (March) that the tub faucet was leaking and had been ever since the faucet was changed. I called Phillips back out and they came within 2 days and fixed the problem quickly at no charge. I was very impressed with how they handled this issue and would feel confident that they stand behind their work.

I called the office late Tuesday morning. They said someone would be here Wednesday afternoon. They had a big job they needed to finish in the morning. Tuesday afternoon a service technician came to the property. He finished a job and was in the area so he wanted to take care of our problem. He had the drain opened and working properly in about forty five minutes. They have always been honest and dependable.
