The guys from Phillip's Plumbing were professional and very efficient . The job was done with the much needed sense of urgency ( I had no water in the house ) at a cost significantly lower than other companies had quoted me.

They were very professional, clearex the clog, providing advice on how to avoid in the future. Very reasonably priced, and I will definitely use them again!

Plumber was so late that my husband had to call. It was explained that the previous job took longer than expected. We rescheduled for the next day. Sam showed up on time and did a good job. He replaced cartridge in shower and replaced the faucet. He also checked our toilets for us.

John was professional and polite. He was also very patient in answering my questions about toilets! Although, do wish he had reminded me of the Angie's List $30 discount I forgot to ask for when I was writing him a check!

The price was fair. I've used him a couple of times.

Arrived half hour early. Plumber removed blockage satisfactorily. He did not have anything to clean up resulting mess. I had to supply materials to do so. Office was a problem. Asked if they took credit cards. One answer: Yes. (I do not keep cash at hand.) When it came time to pay, additional 3% charged for credit card use. Then another additional $5 charge for "materials and parts" of which there were none. Job Quote was $180. While an additional charge of $11.20 is not a lot, I agreed to pay $180. No more, no less. For a senior on a fixed income, $11.20 is the cost of a meal. It's a matter of principle and good business practice to be transparent about charges. I would not use them again.

Both the installation and repair went well. The company is very responsive to service requests and is easy to schedule and deal with.

It went great. Sam showed up on time, was pleasant and professional, and repaired the leak and subsequently replaced the pipe in an efficient manner. The charge for the repair and replacement were reasonable and less than expected.

Done quickly and expertly. Professional, friendly manner. Would recommend and will use in the future for our plumbing needs..

I randomly picked Phillips Plumbing based on Angie's List reviews (and coupon). I am glad that I did. They were very responsive & very accommodating! I was willing to not use 1/2 the house for another day in order to have it fixed on "my schedule" but they worked with me to get me in sooner at a time convenient for me (on the very day I called). I was happy they offered a $30 coupon. Price was $180 before coupon. I would highly recommend based on speed of service and communication & successful clearing of the drain!

He quickly diagnosed the problem and ensured that I could physically see the problem. He quickly replaced the parts. He not only cleaned up after himself, he cleaned the mess caused by the leak. Cost exactly as quoted

Super easy to work with, a few emails on price and ideas and then a phone call to close the deal. They scheduled us quick and easy and then showed up on time.

They were very good. I spoke to them in the morning and would call me around 2 pm when they were on the way. At exactly 2 pm they called and said they would be there in 42 minutes, and he really was on time, exactly 42 minutes. It was amazing. He was professional and did a great job.

Excellent service. Plumber arrived on time ( same day service !) and quickly diagnosed and repaired problems. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the option if we wanted to fix a toilet that was working but likely to have issues soon. I highly recommend Phillips Plumbing. I will be loyal customer.

The representative walked me through the problem, listened to the symptoms, and recommended a couple of things that I could do myself to ensure that professional services were absolutely necessary, should I want to try fixing it myself. Low and behold, his suggestion worked and I saved a bunch of money. I value this type of honesty and customer-first service more than any discounts. I may not have used them today, but I have definitely found my plumber for any future need that should arise from now on.

They can the day I called and completed the work very quickly. They were courteous and professional.

Very responsive. Showed up within the hour. Took 20 minutes. Very nice guy. Only down side and I can't complain too much since he showed so quick and it was 4:30 when he arrived was the charge for a full hour (132$) after 20 minutes of work.

It went very well, I called talked to John and he gave me a quote over the phone, 4 hours later John showed up and installed the heater. Very responsive, very quick and well done. I highly recommend them.

Everything went very well.My old water a heater was around 40 years old and on the verge of serious leak problems. There were complications because the pipe connections and water shut off valve were corroded. Had I waited much longer there would have been a disaster because I would have had a major flood that would have damaged the apartment on the floor below, and I would not have been able to turn off the water. Also, the plumber had to dismantle and move the double deck washer and dryer to get access to the water heater. He did everything and it back together so that I had no further problems to worry about The service was performed in a timely manner, the plumber was very professional, and I plan to use Phillips again. I had him do an assessment of plumbing updates I want to make and he will come back to do those.

The plumber was prompt, friendly, and courteous. He focused on his work and did an excellent job. The garage project required his leaving our home to pick up extra parts. He returned promptly and completed the job efficiently. Definitely a professional in his behavior and quality of work! We plan to hire him again to install a full-house water filter.

My husband and I had an issue with our main water line, and were left with absolutely no water after in the evening. We called Phillips and they paged Donald to respond. Donald called us promptly. He agreed that it was mostly likely an issue with the main water valve. Considering the time of evening, and the probable simplicity of the fix, he offered to walk us through testing the water valve over the phone. Our problem was fixed! We are so thankful to Donald and his help! We will definitely be using Phillips for any future plumbing needs - thanks again!
