Description of Work: Small commercial building needed a new lift station. Phillips plumbing was very responsive and got right out to inspect the job. Their recommendations were good and once given the green light, they completed the job the very next day. They ran into some tree root problems which took an extra half day to complete but their price was still very fair compared to others I called. I would surely use Phillips Plumbing again.

Description of Work: On February 2, 2016 I contracted the services from Phillips Plumbing for a garbage disposal installation. I was most satisfied with the work done. The person who did the installation arrived right on time, he was very polite and did a very good job I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Plugged tub drain turned out to be due to collapsed ancient drain with five metals in the overall path (enough to generate electricity, likely). Ended up removing cast iron tub, digging out drain (and concrete above) and replacing drain and installing a new iron tub. Biggest problem was not being warned of debris-dust storm. It took over a day to clean every surface in the house of brown, gritty and sticky dust! I could have close doors or covered things had I been advised of the issue. I was not. The job is okay but I'm not installing a new surround, including underlying wall board and caulking new tub - at least an 18-24 hour job. I didn't dare ask how much they'd charge. Also have to repair wall where access to drain began and repaint some wall areas where new tub hit them. As with most recent electrical work - much of work now on price/job costing.

Description of Work: Replaced water tank which is connected to a solar heating system. The price was slightly higher because of this. The service man was very friendly, polite, and competent. He knew how to get our solar heater restarted, when it would not start on its own. He cleaned the area before installing the new tank, and cleaned up afterward. I will use them again.

Description of Work: He discovered that the problem with a hot water heater was being caused by a faulty breaker and brought in an electrician who immediately fixed that breaker and one other in an old breaker box. I have used him many times and will always use him if he is available.

Description of Work: There were really two visits for different problems at $102, therefore $204 total. They were very punctual, professional, and easy to communicate. Advised me to order parts necessary to complete repair, as there would no charge to me from Kohler. There was no charge! They would have had to charge for the parts if they ordered. Therefore, great advice. My plumber for any future problems!
