Timely and very friendly.

Wonderful. Can't say enough good things. Communication is excellent, they make it easy to pay and they keep their word. I wish more companies were like this.

Mr. Petitta stopped by, but said, because of a large bush, he could not access the filter. So he could not do the service. He said he would return this week, after I get the filter cleared. I had someone come by today to take care of the bush. I texted Mr. Petitta that it was all ready and he could return tomorrow. He said,"I have asked Angie's List to refund your purchase. I do not feel comfortable with the equipment area. Your refund shouldn't be an issue with Angie's List." I reiterated that the area was now cleared. But now he will not respond. I'm not happy at all Called Angie's List and told them about it. Was issued a refund. He called back to say he would now do the service, after I spoke to Angie's List. I told him I no longer wanted the service. Did not appreciate his attitude.

Very professional and communicates very well with us; keeps us on track with pool chemical levels and keeps pool clean.

Rich provides service to my pool weekly. He is priced exceptional and is very professional and friendly. He has always answered my calls and gone out of his way to help. He recently put in a new pump at a very reasonable price and timely manner. When my husband and I were both out of town for a week during the recent tropical storm, he went to my house on his own time to backwash it so it didn't overflow. He does those things out of the goodness of his heart because he has become a good friend over the last 2 years. I can't say enough good about him and his service.

The service went pretty well. The cost is $75 a month.

We signed on with Richard shortly after the visit and we have been very pleased since. He comes to our house every week to clean our pool and check the water levels. He is very reliable and has and continues to do a top notch job with our pool. It has never been as clean as it has been with his work. We have gone thru several pool cleaning companies before him and he has proven to be reliable and professional. He has even warned us about our pool equipment breaking down and we responded by purchasing new equipment. We do not need to worry about anything; we know he will do the work well and go above and beyond when needed. For example, he vacuums when needed, not just when he is "supposed to" according to any rules. If the pool is dirty he vacuums, even if it is two weeks in a row. We have recommended him to others that have asked about our pool service.

Amazing how quickly our pool started sparkling the day Rich started doing his magic on our pool!! It's truly never looked better! Recently we had a minor issue so I contacted him and the next morning he was here fixing the issue! That's service! He's very personable yet very professional at the same time! I highly recommend him for servicing your pool needs!!

Richard is a professional and also more like a concerned friend. He does a great job and I'm certain the pool has never looked or operated better. He is fair, honest and trustworthy. We live in Bradenton, University Place, and highly recommend him and his outstanding service.

It was great because we hadn't moved out here yet and it was nice to have the service done. We will definitely recommend him.

We had many complications with the new pool. Richard has been a great support for us. He has done extra testing, checked our pool more times than was in the service agreement, and communicated with us several times as we attempt to balance this new pool. Since we are first time pool owners, he's taught us a lot . He is very knowledgeable and dependable and we highly recommend him. We have now hired him as our permanent pool service provider.

I called and spoke to Richard, He could not service my needs at the moment but went out of his way to provide contacts to handle the work I needed. You can tell allot about a person and his business practice when he provides excellent customer service event when he has nothing to gain. Cheers sir,

He was really nice and very apologetic. He does not service my area.

He provides a complete vacuum of the pool and so forth. Every time he comes, I suppose to stop cleaning and depend on a pool cleaner to do it and he has been very helpful in terms of maintaining the pool equipment and so forth. I bought the house several years ago. A lot of the pool equipment had outlived its usefulness and he would identify the issues although he doesn't do pump maintenance and things like that but he has contacts with people who knows what to do and they get out and get it done in a very timely basis. Pricing seems absolutely competitive. He got out there the next day and got everything controlled. Based of my knowledge, he's out there once a week on time and if he got emergencies, he gets available in 24 hours.

Turns out I don't need the service after all. I went to the store and bought a part and fixed the problem myself, but I would use them in the future.

All of the work that has been performed has been done with great attention to detail and with thorough follow up.

He indicated that he only does pool cleaning, not repairs. I actually need a repair before I worry about having the pool cleaned. He was very nice, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He referred me to someone else who can help with the repair I need. He is someone I would use in the future if I need my pool cleaned.

This turned out fine. He did the routine pool maintenance. We entered a month to month contract with him and it's working out quite well. He does a very good job and is very conscientious. He is a very nice person overall.

Very professional approach to the problems. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. All problems solved and we decided to retain their services for weekly pool cleaning. We had been doing it ourselves for 5 years and decided we did not have the skills to maintain the pool like Petittas would.

I give him all A's. The price was reasonable and competitive.
