Perfect Air provided great service at fair price. The team worked all day long and the result is great. Highly recommended.

This service was for an 8 yr old system that has needed parts previous, so it was time to replace. The owner came and discussed with me the options that they have and we worked out a date to get it installed. During the heat, it is imperative to do it quickly, but with needing to get county paperwork, etc, it took a couple of days, during which they came out to make sure I was still staying cool until the install. The installation crew showed up on time - first thing in the morning and got right to work. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. I was instructed on the new thermostat. They made sure I was happy with everything and comfortable with how the new system works. The new system has been in for a couple of weeks now - and I am so glad we did it when we did. It is so quiet compared to my old system. Perfect Air has taken care of my a/c systems in this house and my previous house. I have the maintenance plan with them, and they call me to make sure I stay on schedule. They have always shown up in the times given and always with a technician with a wonderful personality who is personable without being overly talkative. If parts were needed, they always checked to see if there was any warranty and got the work done quickly. They were referred to me by a co-worker around 2008 and I am so glad I listened. This is definitely a family run business and they show it in how they care about their customers.
