I regret to say that our experience with this contractor was extremely disappointing. The quality of the work was far below acceptable standards, and the contractor's attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. The paint job was particularly poor, with entire sections of the wall missed and paint carelessly applied over light fixtures. When we pointed out these issues, the contractor arrogantly dismissed them as mere "preferences" rather than legitimate quality concerns. The tile work was equally problematic. Tiles were installed haphazardly, extending beyond the floor and even covering the dryer vent. The grout was applied unevenly, leaving an unprofessional finish that was far from what we expected. In addition to the poor workmanship, the contractor failed to address several key issues despite multiple requests. There was no proper inventory management, resulting in building materials being left outdoors, where they were predictably damaged by the elements. Furthermore, the project was consistently behind schedule. The constituent elements were delivered late, causing further delays and disruptions. In light of these numerous problems, I cannot recommend this contractor. Their work quality is subpar, their approach to customer concerns is dismissive, and their overall professionalism is severely lacking. I strongly advise seeking a different contractor who values quality and customer satisfaction.
