The two guys who did the moving were professional and courteous and friendly. They managed to get everything in the truck including two large plants I decided to ask them to move at the last minute. Nothing was damaged.

Phoned 3 times to speak to the owner. He never answered my queries about moving me and my family. Perhaps he was run over on Fruitville road and is in recovery. If he isn't he shouldn't be in business.

The move was flawless. Derrick and the movers wrapped all my furniture and moved it on time and kept the price to the estimate. My neighbors also used Pay per load and were happy with there move. These guys were great. Jared and Andy came to move us from Ellenton to St. Pete with a split delivery in St. Pete. They took all the appropriate safety measures to protect our furniture with padding and plastic wrap. And they were masters at hauling our furniture up a narrow flight of stairs with a 90 degree turn halfway up to our second story living space. They were also accommodating to be able to deliver specifically labeled containers and boxes to a storage unit a couple of miles away from our new address. Would 100% hire again!

The move went better than expected. The 2 movers showed up a few minutes early, worked exceptionally hard, took great care and attention to detail during the day. The best part was the move went faster than expected.

We hired this company to move the entire contents of our 4 bedroom home from South Sarasota to East Sarasota. The move actually required two trips. They worked from 9:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. and did an outstanding job. No damage whatsoever, and the men were courteous, professional and polite. The price was very fair, and we could not have asked for more. We have moved eight times in the last 22 years, and Pay Per Load Movers provided us with the best moving experience by far. I cannot recommend them enough.

Moved a 1400 sf house 200 miles across the state. The movers worked their butts off. Completed the job and stayed on budget to the quote i was given. I thank them for a job well done. It could have been very bad had we not gone with an angies recommended mover. We have all heard the horror stories. This company is wonderful. !

Excellent. We had movers cancel on us the day before the move and Pay Per Load came to the rescue the very next day. They were quick, efficient, nothing broken.

The three guys were amazing, they were so helpful nothing was a problem. They did a great job it was stress free.

We actually did this in two separate moves and the team was excellent both times. It was HOT and the guys worked hard for 7+ hours on each move. We had no damage to items or locations and they communicated extremely well. Derek was also very responsive in the coordination phase and even came by to help load and train one of his new guys on the second move. Very good experience and I would definitely recommend this team.

Very well! The 3 men who did the move - Jared, Brian and Adam - worked extremely hard and were polite, courteous, and friendly. They were fast, but took time to care for my items. They put items where I directed in my new home. They assembled a dining table and hooked up my washer and dryer. The estimate was accurate, so what I expected to pay is what it cost. I would use them again if I needed to move furniture and boxes.

A crew of three did a great job. They were friendly and efficient. None of my belongings were damaged. They placed everything where we wanted. Super job.

Moving only an hour away, to the next city up the Gulf coast, entails all of the hassles and worries of a longer move. You?re still putting your entire life into cardboard boxes and placing them in the hands of what is essentially ?a guy with a truck?. To us, it?s always been a gamble on whether the process will be more aggravating than anticipated, even if you decide to use a Big Franchise Mover with a name that you?re expected to trust. So this time we decided to take that gamble on a smaller company without that potentially undeserved ?name recognition?, a company that works mostly on the local level. Angie?s List provided some promising candidates, and after speaking with a few on the phone and inviting even fewer for in-house estimates, Pay Per Load Movers came out on top. Pay Per Load?s owner and operator Derek provided quick, affordable, and friendly moving services. Packing services on the day before the move went quickly and smoothly. His workers were polite and focused on the job. Setbacks on the day of the move were handled capably. Derek?s larger truck had to go into the shop for brake-line service, so he rented an additional smaller truck to manage the move in one trip. Also, one of his movers had to call in sick on the day of the move, but he was able to call in a freelancer to keep the total manpower and load time at the initial estimate. One wrinkle in the process that had to be taken care of was in handling payment. Since this move was at the behest of a State University, moving expenses were to be handled electronically directly to the mover. Because of this, extra paperwork needed to be filed, and there was a delay on Derek?s end while his office person learned the ropes. We think this is understandable, as our dealing with the university for this move required plenty of bureaucratic jumping through hoops as well! The only physical ?casualties? during the move were two cheap lamps, damaged in haste by the over-exuberance of the substitute worker. Derek paid for these out of pocket with cash without hesitation based on the price we claimed. This was our first experience with using a local mover (since generally we do 1000+ mile moves) and we were quite pleased at the results provided by Pay Per Load. Estimates from the university?s ?preferred? movers (the typical Big Franchise Companies) came in at more than twice his estimate, and Derek still came in under budget when the final tally was made. We?re quite happy with the decision to go with Pay Per Load Movers. It was refreshing to work directly with the owner the entire time. Since Derek knows his business relies on his reputation and online reviews at sites like Angie?s List, he always made sure things were right by us through the whole process. After previously been given the run-around by franchises before, where drivers and operators will shrug at our issues and say ?you need to call the corporate office?, this sort of direct accountability is something we?ll put foremost in hiring movers in the future.

Derek Cunningham and his staff were very efficient and professional. They worked very quickly and didn't waste any time. They were very careful of our furniture and made sure everything was wrapped and secure before putting it on the elevator. They skipped lunch because we had a terrible rain storm towards the end of the move and they could see I was very upset and wanted the move to be over as soon as possible. They were really nice guys who worked very hard and I would highly recommend them.
