+ -1 moreOverall, the experience was very positive. Although the technician was late because the company overbooked his schedule for that day, the work seems to have eradicated the termites and fixed the problem!
Description of Work: After finding signs of a termite infestation, the technician treated all window and door frames with a dry wood borate. Upon completion, the technician's work was inspected by a supervisor. Subsequently, the supervisor signed off on the technicians work. We purchased a warranty for the house, which covers periodic inspections, free future treatment, and our ongoing treatment plans with Orkin.

+ -1 moreI've had the same person come and do the pest control for me and he's very good. If I have to call him, which I usually don't, he responds right away. I can't comment on their price because I don't know what the right price is.
Description of Work: We used the services of Orkin Pest Control two weeks ago and they did the inside pest control. They usually do the inside and outside pest control for us in alternative months depending on whether I'm home or not. I've used them for years.
