+ -1 moreHe arrived when agreed and got it done in about three days. There was a lot of work and he had to identify and procure a lot of parts, etc Cost listed includes parts, etc that he procured.
Description of Work: Various repairs to a rental house that was vacated by tenants after 9 years. Screens, doors, molding, range hood install, wall repair, garage opener install, etc.
