They were very fast in giving me an estimate and scheduling the installation. In the day of the installation, he sent me a note 1 hour prior of the shceduled time saying that he was having issues with his truck. We schedule for 2 days later. I started texting him 15 minutes after the scheduled time, and he just disappeared, no news about it. I am very disappointed. I told him that he could just say that he cannot do it, and nothing, I was just ignored.

Boone work is great! It's clear that he cares about his work and takes the time to do it correctly. I especially liked that he asked the client about their preferences before taking on the job (replace or repair). He was so impressive that I ordered shower doors from him and excited to see what he does next.
