+ -1 moreOver 1 year since I paid for a new Panel upgrade for my boat dock and they still haven't completed the repair. 2 inspections Failed! Then they quit working on it. I paid but they refuse to finish the job...RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!

+ -1 moreVery professional. They called me the day before the appointment, to verify they would be here at the arranged time. On the day of the appointment, Allen called me an hour before to let me know he was on his way. Allen arrived on time. Put booties on his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt into the house, checked out what I wanted done, told me what it would cost, and went right to work. He is a very nice guy,and did a great job. I wll called them the next time I need electrical work done.
Description of Work: Replaced 3 outlets and a wall switch inside, and installed an outlet outside.

+ -1 more,The repair went well, and no unexpected expenses. Repairman came on time went right to work and cleaned up after himself. There really is not any more I can add.
Description of Work: The work was done on time, and a few extra things were done to make sure my electrical outlet worked even better than it did before. The repair cost less than expected and was done quickly and well. My outside lights were also fixed, so I will use Mr Electric again.

Description of Work: I was having problems with my arc fault circuits in my circuit box, I couldn't get them to reset. I called Mr. Electric and they set up an appointment for the same day. They called before the appointment to see if they could come early. When the technician arrived he treated my home and me with the utmost respect. He showed me how to properly reset my breakers (there wasn't a problem) and checked the entire circuit box - there was no charge, not even for a service call. I will definitely use Mr. electric again for all of my electrical needs.

+ -1 moreJason called and came by my home two hours early. He went right to work and was professional and respectful of my home and dog. He explained what he was going to do so that I could understand him. There was nothing but respect that I could say of his work or approach to everything he did while he was in my home. I would have no problem having him work in my home again. He did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Electrical outlet brought up to code and security lights fixed so they would work.
