I had a surge protector malfunction and caught on fire. I was able to put fire out but needed service asap. They advised they would have someone there no later than 11am and kept me posted. Matt Butler arrived around 10am and did a fantastic job. he explained what needed to be done in a way I could understand and he was very polite and took the time to answer all the questions I had.

I received an estimate of $500 to do this work. Needless to say, I found someone else. I think this company takes advantage of seniors. I had the work done by someone else for a lot less. It took less than one hour to do it.

Replaced first time on 8/31/18. Still has not passed inspection with the county as of Feb. 1, 2019. Manager of this location, which is not now at Porter Road but on Parkland Dr. in Bradenton, should be fired. If his people both in the field and office are substandard, it is his fault ultimately. Still waiting for appointment for 4th time with inspector. Was charged upfront $3477.00 and I have requested a refund of $1000 which has not been addressed as yet.

Did the job, but charged $890.00 way to much for what was done.

After receiving a $10,000 - $4,000 quote to have to have wiring replaced throughout the house. we called a different company (Murphy's Electric) yeah they fix half the problems within about 30 minutes and didn't pay $4,000 for it.

Good service, but way to expensive. I felt violated when they left.
