They come every week. They don't call me. They vary in quality.

Not so good. During the rainy summer months (when the grass grows fastest) they would often miss a day due to the rain, but then they'd just skip our lawn until the following week. During the cooler months, they would only come every two weeks, even though we paid the same price for the winter months. We were never satisfied with the weed prevention, either. We cancelled the service after six months.

I just got off the phone with Mike after his father came out to look at and treat the fungus on my lawn. He thinks, that after maintaining the lawn and collecting $150 a month for years, he shouldn't have to resod. Don't use this guy. He's good at cashing the checks, not so good at standing by his work.

Problems started when we departed for the summer in early June, returning to a home in late August with none of the bushes trimmed. Looked like a jungle. Was told they were very busy over the summer and were unable to attend to the trimming -- we were gone for three months. They did finish the work after I expressed discouragement. Then, when they switched to every other week (dry season) the weather continued to be wet and warm and my yard looked awful. Asked if I could pay more and continue every week to satisfy my need for a tidy lawn -- I live in a nice neighborhood. Never got back with me. Felt like I had no other option than to move to another vendor. Called and expressed this wish and was told I couldn't because I was under contract. I explained that there were numerous examples of them not living up to their end of the contract which is why I made the decision to change. They still held me to the contract and asked me to pay two additional months (extra $300) to get them to cease mowing. Yes, this language was in the contract and I did pay it but given their performance, it's rather shocking they held me to it... Very disappointing.

They were awesome. They did the whole yard for $480. It was superb. I had some other people do beds in it and they were way below than I got bid. They were really great. They did a superior work. They came out in 4 days and they spent all day. They took truckloads out of our yard. They worked hard and they had a crew of 5 or 6. They were very diligent and they did a great job. I was impressed with them.

They scalped our lawn and cut the grass too short. They did not remove all the weeds as contracted. They rushed through this work. It took awhile for us to get a refund on a double payment straightened out with them and it was quite a hassle.
