+ -1 moreMichelle Eberley was a real advocate for us. You see, we purchased this home from CT so she was our eyes and ears, as well as our boots on the ground. She scoured all leads until she found us the perfect home. Michelle kept our lender in line when he was lackadaisical about following up. Overall I can's praise Michele and Michael Saunders high enough
Description of Work: Michael Saunders Company and specifically, Michelle Eberley, working out of the Englewood office, worked with us to find a home in North Port for more than a year. Never tiring. Michelle was the consummate professional and stayed with us all the way!

Description of Work: Beverly Welzien was our agent, and she was always available for consultation, advice and general hand holding through our selling experience. I believe we put our house on the market in February of 2011 and sold it in June of the same year. The house sold for more than any house on our street had sold for since prices dropped in 2007 .
