+ -1 moreThis was the third appointment that was made due to the first two being rescheduled. The first time, Massey had to reschedule. The second time, someone came but didn't open the gate to let us know they were here. They claimed to have called my cell phone but didn't leave a message and ended up leaving. When they did come today, an inspection was done but we were told that we would have to schedule a follow-up with a termite specialist. We are ongoing customers. We have an annual contract with this company to provide this service. I was a little disappointed in the repeated scheduling only to have someone come to tell me that we would have to reschedule.
Description of Work: Provider gave a termite evaluation.

+ -1 moreI did report to their office that I had a statue and a pumpkin that came up missing. I contacted them to let them know I saw bugs in a closet and they did not spray for that. They were supposed to do the plugs inside the wall and they did not do that. They spray outside as well. This used to be under another company and that company did a great job. I had used them for 20 years.
Description of Work: This was for pest control.

+ -1 moreThey are very responsive. If I see any bugs or lawn problems, they come out right away at no charge. They are prompt. They do a good job.
Description of Work: Massey Services provide interior and exterior pest control services. They also provide lawn fertilization services as well.
