Generally very well maybe missed a few small items on the inspection

Not satisfied with the quality of the inspection nor it's resultant report. INCOMPLETE REPORT. Here are some (not all) of the Items we (prospective buyer) observed but was not included in their report. Major concrete block wall cracks not noted (garage wall - observable from interior as well as exterior ). Tile floor cracks - Several locations having cracks running diagonally across the tile (not along joints), one of which had multiple parallel cracks. Pool Inspection. Added as an extra cost to the basic inspection report. (pump circulates - no mention of several wall jets not functioning, couldn't observe if pool has any cracks major or hairline - (did not bring any method of cleaning the pool wall to visually observe any wall cracks ) No mention of roof mounted solar panels in the report. HVAC review consisted of turning the unit on and check to see if it cools. (electric heating unchecked) Interior Air Handler suspended from ceiling in garage, not inspected (accessible but not checked) Plumbing - No report of WC's functioning, Utility sink in laundry unchecked, owner had misc. items in it so not inspected. (remove items and then test sink??)

They did a fine job, and I didn't have to wait very long for them to come out. They came out on time, they finished it promptly, and I had the report within 2 days. It worked out really well. They were really interested in making sure that I had everything that I needed, and trying to fit my schedule for the inspection. They were very accommodating. I had to have a re-inspection. It was $150 for the wind litigation and four point, and then I had to pay another $50 for the re-inspection. They are very accommodating, they answer all your questions, they work with you on scheduling the appointments, and they are very customer focused.

This is about the 12th time I have used Marquette. They are always punctual and thorough. The technician arrived early and was professional the whole time. This was an older house and he took his time at the end to discuss the inspection and explain what may be bigger issues and what are smaller issues. He was able to locate an old fuel tank in the yard and give a detailed explanation on the status of the 35 year old roof. The report came within a day and was detailed as to all the systems in the home with explanations of problem areas and photographs to show what was being explained. I highly recommend Craig Marquette and his company.

They were great. Everything went well. They were there for around 3 hours. Did everything from top to bottom.

Very easy to work with especially considering we had to reschedule. Emailed a complete through report of the entire inspection with pictures very quickly! Overall very pleasurable to worth with on the phone, via email, & in person.

I was very impressed with the service. He did a thorough job, testing and inspecting everything and was very personable and explained any flaws he found in detail. He also was able to come on one days notice and arrived on time.

Marquette Inspections scheduled the inspection very quickly. The inspector was thorough and professional and went beyond just performing the inspection. He notified us of a simple issue that was easy to fix, but would have made a big difference in the final report. We were then able to make the correction, and have him verify the correction before he issued the final report. This is real customer service.

This was an excellent experience. The inspector, Bob, was thorough and spent several hours taking pictures, making notes, and then discussing his findings with us for at least an hour. He was professional and well-informed. When we called the office to ask if we should get an additional inspection (wind mitigation or four-point inspection) sometimes requested by the insurance companies, she said to wait until after the inspection and then we could request it later. They could have told us to get it and pay the extra money, but instead told us to wait and we could order what we needed later and pay for it then. An excellent and professional company.

They were very professional and came on time. They spent a considerable amount of time inspecting the house and gave us a written and verbal report of the inspection. They were very affordable and thorough.

The only thing missing i was a sewage pipe inspection. They didn't have the scope to look into the pipes.
