My father died in August. My husband contacted Mr. Saba in September to build an In-Law suite on our property for my 86 year old mother who requires assistance. After reviewing the plans, Mr. Saba agreed to build the suite. He said that he would begin gathering bids from sub contractors and would be back with us. My husband made a follow up call around a month later. Mr. Saba explained that he had a project he was finishing up. He stated that upon its completion in early November, he would provide us with the estimate and begin focusing on the suite. My husband phoned again the beginning of December. After 3 phone calls, my husband finally connected with Mr. Saba who stated that he was unable to build the suite for us. He had other job offers that came in that had given him business in the past and they took priority. Although I understand the need to maintain good business relationships, I find it very unacceptable that he delayed the ability of an 86 year old to move back in town and be close to her children. I have never written a bad review before but find this one to be very necessary.
