 + -1 moreMARK DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN ALL RESPECTS. HE WAS THOROUGH, METICULOUS, AND TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK. HE WORKED EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS TO FINISH THE JOB TO A SCHEDULE WE WERE FOLLOWING. HE ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED THAT THE RED WALLS IN THE KITCHEN WOULD ONLY REQUIRE 3 COATS OF PAINT, AND WE ARE SURE HE BASED HIS COST ESTIMATE ACCORDINGLY. IN FACT, THE WALLS TOOK 4 COATS TO COVER COMPLETELY, BUT HE DID NOT INCREASE HIS PRICE FOR THE JOB, AS HE VIEWED THE EXTRA COAT HIS RESPONSIBILITY, NOT OURS.
Description of Work: COMPLETE PAINTING OF WALLS AND CEILING IN RENOVATED KITCHEN. wALLS WERE PAINTED RED AND REQUIRED 4 COATS TO COVER PROPERLY. PAINTED 4 WALLS IN OTHER ROOMS OF THE HOUSE DID ALL PREP WORK FOR THE ABOVE, INCLUDING APPLYING BASE COATS WHERE REQUIRED. PROVIDED COSULTATIVE HELP TO ENABLE US TO ACQUIRE THE APPROPRIATE COLORS FOR ALL AREAS, BASED ON THE LOCATION AND SURROUNDING FUNISHES, COLORS, ETC.
