+ -1 moreFrom Al to Lori who I had a telephone conversation with to Jack who came to my home to complete a complicated computer switch all were extremely helpful. From a personal observation wile in the lobby of the facility I observed Al display patience, courtesy and understanding to two older customers.
Description of Work: Jack the technician who came to my house to assist was knowledgeable & professional.

+ -1 moreComputer #1 is unstable in several programs. Laptop lost communication with the port. A paid full security program was removed from computer #1 and #2 and replaced with a limited free program.

+ -1 moreI delivered the computer to Loritech and they solved the problem. Billy brought the computer back to my house reinstalled it and checked to make sure it was running O.K. He had me go through some tests to make sure we could get to the I-net and that the computer-printer hook up was working. Very professional operation.
Description of Work: Computer Locked-up could not reboot could not shutdown other than by turning off computer manually.
